2 years agoPrice is right, is a little stiff will need a few shell thru it to smooth it out. Great deal, easy to do business with Sportsman Warehouse.

2 years agohonest review: great home defense gun that only cycles with high velocity rounds. Not my first pick for hunting because theres no rear sight but a picatinny rail can be purchased online. It does come with Full, Modified and Cylinder chokes which is pretty neat!

1 year agoAction is nice and smooth and the trigger breaks cleanly at about 4 pounds. The patterning is great with the right choke, which is included. Do not shoot this without the choke tube in place as it will screw up the choke threads. I keep my choke threads lubricated lightly with a good bore oil and a little dab of anti-seize lubricant with either aluminum or copper base. Use a good shell with enough velocity or it will not cycle reliably. It does loosen up a little after several rounds and cycles better and better. Federal, Winchester and Lupua cycle great.

1 year agoThis was the first semi automatic shotgun that I have ever shot and it performed flawlessly. It's also a good quality shotgun at the sale price of $199.99 that I picked it up at and is definitely worth the regular price of $299.99. I thoroughly enjoyed it and am pleased that I now own one.

1 year agoNice gun. feels solid and shoots well. No malfunctions. A great home defense gun and with the full choke (of 3 chokes included) and 3" chamber can double as a turkey. Cycles fine with the manufacturer recommended high velocity ammo. The review that said it jammed every time showed a picture of the jam. The shell displayed was a low brass low velocity trap and skeet load. That's why the jam. Stick to 1300+fps loads and no issues. Amazing shotgun for the price. Mine was OTD at Sportsman's for $162!!!

1 year agoAfter cleaning it very well out of the box, running 25-rifled slugs, 25-00 Buck and 50 high powered game loads to break it in, it now shoots any shells flawlessly! It uses Benelli Nova upgrade components. I have and will continue to recommend this shotgun.

1 year agoI can't give you a long-term evaluation, but short-term this is the best value I have ever experienced in the gun world. Fit and finish are very good, I like the stock and recoil pad and I ran a box of light Target loads through it without a hitch. Earlier models had an insert in the box that stated 1300 ft per second was the minimum load, but my gun did not have this insert note and ran the light loads perfectly. Not mentioned in the description is that the gun comes with three extended chokes, a huge unexpected bonus.

1 year agoiv'e only had a chance to take it out once so far. Shot slugs and 00 buck at an indoor range and it worked flawlessly . It was a kick in the butt and shoulder

1 year agoA well made firearm at a very good price. Slightly heavier than I expected with a polymer stock. Action works fine & has a good feel.AG

1 year agoGun arrived at my local store in it's original box and in new condition. The gun was as expected and functioned properly. I did have a couple questions regarding choke selection and operation and was able to reach a manufacturer rep. with minimal wait. I do appreciate the SW reps. who were able to get me the gun (at the advertised price) since my local store had sold out of their supply.

1 year agoGreat Semi Automatic Shotgun that shoots well. First 100 rounds had no jams or stove pipes all different kinds of 12 gauge cycled perfect. Unbelievable Value for $250!

1 year agogreat for home defense. it has a compact design which makes it easy to move around. i added a pic rail to the top and a small red dot. Benelli mag tube extensions do fit this model for more ammo capacity. shoots good it doesn't like to cycle lighter loads, but I've found anything over 1100fps cycles fine. make sure to break this down and wipe off all the excess oil that it shipped with this will help the gun cycle better.

1 year agoTurkish made firearms. I own 5. I really like the quality and especially like the pricing. Can't beat it! This shotgun required break in with high velocity shotshells. Use at least 1300FPS or higher shells and at least 1oz. or heavier loads. You need to run at least a 200 rounds through it. Once you break it in you're go to go. Be sure to clean well and lubricate after each use.

1 year agogot this on sale, came out to around $135 after tax and shipping, plus I had to pay $25 to the local FFL for transfer. So very cheap for a new fire arm. Fits 4 shells in the tube, and you can manually put one in the chamber. The manual it comes with is very skimpy with only a few basic instructions. Says it is supposed to come with a magazine plug...Read More Read more about review stating Cheap gun, takes some work to break it, ok deal for your collection.

1 year agoThe gun is as expected. Fit and finish is as expected from an entry level shotgun. Over all I am satisfied with the gun for the job I got it for. I would not have a problem with buying it again or obtaining another one.

1 year agoTook it out for the first time and tried to shoot some bird loads at 1290FPS. I Thought it would be close enough to cycle and was wrong. After I got past that and went to ammo with more FPS it was great shooting from there. Very happy with my purchase. The recommended FPS IS 1300. I thought there would be wiggle room but no. I would still purchase...Read More Read more about review stating Very good pick up

1 year agoI purchased the Citadel Boss Hog shotgun about a month ago, due to the price listing and that i have always wanted a semi-auto shotgun. Once I received it, it did not disappoint. It is what I have been looking for at an amazing price. The shotgun is comfortable in the hand and easy to shoot. I will only use this shotgun for home defense, so i will not be putting hundreds or thousands of rounds into it. It is a purpose weapon. I would like to thank Palmetto State Armory for great pricing of products and extremely great service. I will continue to due business with PSA in the future.

1 year agoFun shooting shotgun, light and quick handling. Only negative is the charging handle can work loose when locked back sometimes. Functioned well with high brass shells. Caught it on sale for 175 great deal

1 year agoThis is my first shotgun and i am very impressed. Loading is easy, 5 round capacity. Recoil isn't too bad, but the price was unbeatable thanks to PSA!

1 year agoI got this when it was on sale for $139. Did not have super high expectations. Looks at other reviews on YouTube about it and found the main thing was to clean it right away and lubercate it. Also run some higher velocity shells though it to break it in. Did these things and have not been disappointed with the firearm yet. Makes a good camp gun or something you don't need to baby due to price. I think my only complaint so far was the plastic safety switch.
