The description was wrong the shotgun does not come with choke tubes or threads to install choke tubes other than that it's a great-looking shotgun unfortunately the ghost ring is plastic and will need to be replaced the action is nowhere as smooth as a Mossberg or Remington but for $200 what do you expect, other than that great looking shotgun

What I expected. Seems to shoot well. Will serve its purpose. If any issue, different web sites list this model with interchangeable chokes. This specific model does not, Sportsman website does not state interchangeable chokes. I was hoping. Still a good deal

Is a great home defense shotgun on a budget, pretty solid in manufacture, haven't got to many rounds thru it yet (50 or so)but had no cylcing issue or eject issue. All in all for the price point a good overall purchase.

I LIKE THE WEIGHT THE FEEL OF THE CITADEL 12 GAUGE. IT'S EASYER FOR ME TO HANDLE AS A OLDER PERSON. THE ONLY THING WHICH IS MINOR IS THE SIGHT I HAD TO PUT A WHITE DOT ON THE SIGHT FOR BETTER SIGHTING. I LOVE THE GUN!!!!!!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GUN TO ANYONE

Highly recommend this Citadel shotgun. Subsequent to reviewing many commentaries and reviews online, and the home site of Citadel, I see I made the right decision. I purchased this gun and I am totally impressed with the quality, mechanics and design, and overall fit when shouldering it. Great pick for home defense and recreational time at the range too. Sportsman's Warehouse sales staff were awesome and so professional.

I bought one of these in November 2020 for home defense. Loved it so much I had to buy another one this past week. I've put about 100 rounds mixed of 2.75" 00 buck and defender round slugs through the 1st one without any issues. Breaking down for cleaning is a breeze. This is my 2nd Citadel 12 ga pump. The difference between this one and the first one is mainly the ghost sites and picatinny rails. I have already added a +2 magazine to make it a 7-shot. These Citadel shotguns except magazine

Love it. Looks better in person then the picture. Absolutely phenomenal for a $200 shot gun. Sportsman’s Warehouse you are the best. I saw same gun in my local gun shops the same week mine got delivered and they are asking twice the price I paid. Very pleased
