Im a big CZ fan and this gun is nothing but another awesome CZ. The quality is superior to any other gun in <$1000 range. I also have a Remington 870, but Im thinking about using it as a shovel now because I believe I have a gun now (My CZ) not a piece of scrap metal (Remington) ...

Got it home, tried putting the barrel into the receiver and found out it was milled wrong. Been waiting 2 weeks now still haven't gotten it back and missed opening weekend of quail season. If you do get the gun, make sure you try assemble the gun first before taking it with you. Made a big mistake not doing that. Very frustrating.

I should have spent more money for a better gun. I had to send it back for repairs since about 10% of the time it drops live shells from the magazine onto the ground instead of loading the chamber. You go through a lot of waiting to get a gun in CA, so might as well get a good one. SW says I could get it back in 2 weeks or 2 months. Will I ever trust it when I’m out duck hunting? Will be very unhappy if it malfunctions when ducks are flying over.

My hunting partner and I used my new CZ 612 pump shotgun this last Saturday both for introducing his young dog to the sound of the shotgun and for shooting pheasants and chukar in the afternoon. We used target loads in the morning with his pup. But hunting in the afternoon we traded guns a few times so both of us fired quite a few shots (mostly #4 steel game loads) through the CZ 612. This was my first experience with a pump but I was not surprised to find the kick noticeably stronger

Have not been able to to shoot it much because of the weather. Sportsman warehouse was great to work with

Great gun, great price! However, manufacture does not recommend 2 shots steel so if your hunt requires you to use this shot size, BB or slug. This gun may not be the right one for you.

I love this CZ 612 Field 12ga shotgun, for the price its a great buy. It’s made in Turkey by Akkar. I had an initial problem attaching the barrel. The guys at the Sportsman’s Warehouse Gun Dept. Helped me attach it and show me what I needed to do To avoid this issue in the future etc. I have shot @ 25 rounds though it so far. The very first pull/rack cycle I experienced a significant cartridge feeding jam. After clearing this first jam the shot gun ate up everything I fed it with no issue.

Very nice gun. Smooth action and cycles well. Trigger is light and precise. Disassembles easily. Balance is good for me. And it looks really great!

Great shotgun for the money. Took it quail hunting last week and cycled about 100 rounds through it with no issues. Shoulders naturally with very little recoil. Looks as good as it shoots.

Great shotgun for the price. Since there are no Remington 870s being made right now, I think this is a good second choice!

Pretty nice gun and very reasonable price point! Aesthetically pleasing overall and one thing I am happy about is the pump toes not rattle and wiggle as it does on some more popular branded guns do. And as usual Sportsman's Warehouse customer service was great!

I got this for shooting clays, and put 180 rounds through it this weekend. A few thoughts: -Siting and tracking it fast! The brass front site is easy to track and the gun swings well -The action feels solid -I had one failure to extract, but it was easily cleared - TBD whether it was just break in or it will be a recurring issues -This gun feels better than it's price point - the buddies I was with guessed it was a $600 gun, even though I paid less than $400

Have had this shotgun for a few years now. It's definitely a workhorse of a gun. Between range shooting clays, snow hunting rabbit, dust out in fields after birds, and mud and water hunting ducks, It works! I don't worry about it getting beat up but the finish does take abuse well. It's easy to clean not too heavy walking with for hours and handles all shells well. I would definitely recommend it.
