If you ask Bruce Horrell, host of gun dog TV, why he shoots 3-1/2 inches shells, he’ll answer, because they don’t make 4 inches. For the folks who want to dish out the heat on waterfowl, we’ve got the over/under to do it with. The only over/under in our line that has an automatic safety, it engages every time the action is opened, bringing an added level of safety to the duck blind. Polymer stocks in either black or camouflage and with all metal work blacked out, these 3-1/2 inches chambered guns are ready to knock big birds from the sky. The Swamp magnum ships with a set of extended black chokes.

Features:

  • Mechanical single selectable trigger
  • Box lock frame design
  • Coil operated hammers
  • Chrome-lined bores
  • Detailed hand engraving
  • Rib – ejector

Action is tight to open but is beginning to loosen w/ use 15 rounds of trap & 1/2 dozen waterfowl hunts last fall

I got this shotgun at the end of the season but got it out twice on ducks and had good success with it. I’m 5’ 11” and of standard build and this gun fits me well, it shoulders nice and level. The longer barrels are good for making me swing. Previously, I was using an over under Mossberg I bought in the late 90s which was much heavier than this gun. The break action initially is stiff, but it’s a brand new gun. The stiff action though seemed to cause me to move the safety to fire as my hand

If you are looking for a O/U you can drag out to the duck blind or beat the brush looking for pheasant this is that gun. The finish is very scratch resistant, I've dragged this through some thick brush jumping wood ducks. Have yet put a scratch on it. Hands down it has become my favorite shotgun.
