1 year agoI purchased this shotgun strictly for home defense, not for hunting. I wanted the cylinder bore for use with any type of ammo, birdshot, buckshot or slugs. My sons and I took it out the weekend after I picked it up at my FFL. We ran 7.5, 4, 00 and slugs through the beast without a single malfunction. We used both 2 3/4 and 3 inch shells.
