2 years agoI hate to leave a firearm a 3 star review, but I'm not overly happy with this shotgun. It's gone KABLAM every time I pulled the trigger, but I've been experiencing a major issue with it. It happens mostly with 2 3/4 inch shells, and it's that the mag tube keeps double feeding. It's a hassle, and it's sketchy when there's a live shell in the chamber. I keep having to jam one shell back in the mag tube, and rip the other shell out.

2 years agoinexpensive 612 Akkar (Turkey) factory shotgun equivalent to the old Akkar CZ 612 (not the HD) barebones 18inch 12 gauge. Smooth action. These Turkish shotguns might not be the most long lasting past 10k rounds, but for the money they do a very good job and are perfect for home defense. I had an issue with my EAA Churchill with shells falling downward, ie. not being caught by the carrier/elevator. EAA was very prompt with their customer service and willing to resolve the issue asap. I was able

2 years agoThis no-frills firearm cleans up nicely, crisp action and cycling, sometimes last shell will hang, I expect this has to do with spring tension in the tube. Trigger is creaky, at this price point, it works fine. Fit on the receiver and barrel are tight and clean, stock has a seam along the top and bottom edge from the blow-mold process that needs sanding, especially on the point of the comb. Also, where the stock meets the receiver is not flush and leaves an edge, I've wrapped some friction tape

2 years agoIt’s a decent shotgun for the price. With little bit of digging you can find a Turkish shotgun adapter for this weapon for 50$. So you’ll be able to use most 870 stocks. As for anything else, that’s a mixed bag. Accessories 60% of the time won’t fit this. So don’t go looking for a fully customizable shotgun. I’ve only put around 200 rounds though this gun. The new spring is that of a tired 870 so, practice loading snap caps is a pain in the ass. Once you’ve fired it after awhile, it’ll loosen up. The gun functions well enough. Not the greatest, but for 200$ I paid. It wasn’t bad at all.

1 year agoLots of skepticism when i chose a shotgun from an unfamiliar firearms company. Got it home and took it out back and 50 rounds later, i couldnt be happier. Smooth action, crisp trigger, and it cycled the rounds perfectly. Worth every penny

1 year agoBought this today after looking into the company and the background of this specific shotgun.. I shot 50 plus out of it this evening and I will sleep just fine tonight with “Churchill” within arms reach. It’s light, short and simple which is what I want in home defense.. Only “Negative” is I would love a place to put a light on it.. But that’s nitpicking... BUY IT!!!

1 year agoBought this for my girlfriend and the Citadel ATA semi for myself. I already have several shotguns, but these both seemed like great deal and I have had good luck with Turkish firearms so I decided to hop on these despite having little to go off of in terms of reviews and reputation. I would have bought two of these but there was only one in stock and my girlfriend is more comfortable with pump action, so I let her take it, and I am honestly kinda jealous! Feels really well built, is a

1 year agoThis shotgun gives excellent value for the money. Smooth action reliable and very accurate due to the impressive smooth trigger unlike some that feel you're breaking a stick with your finger.

1 year agoGreat budget shotgun. I hear a lot of negative things about Turkish shotguns, but this one works well. The controls are similar to the Remington 870. It is lightweight so you feel more recoil, but nothing a buttpad can't solve. I'd buy it again!

1 year agoProduct arrived as advertised. Could have been cleaned before resale. There was grit and powder in the barrel and choke tube threads (choke was loose when fired) Some minor scratches to exterior barrel front. Bad handling. The choke tube had a scar indicating the wrong load (steel). All in all a good deal. Thanks again.
