1 year agoFederal Hydra Shok is one of a handful of brands and type of ammo I use for self defense. Let the testing reviews online speak for themselves. I trust this ammo to go bang every time, and be very accurate when it does. I have argued with others about this being a "dated" design/round. I will say this, it is not the newest bullet on the market, but it will still hold its own with the lastest and greatest. I currently have this in my P229 that sits next to my bed.
