2 years agoi bought this and was pleased with the accuracy. shoots just over 1 MOA (5 shots) out of my Bison armory 18" bbl. can't wait to try it on some game.

2 years agoYou will quite often find Federal 90 grain 6.8 SPC as factory seconds for this price. This ammo is NOT that at all. If you do some searching overseas sales of 6.8 SPC have taken off and Federal 90 grain seems to be the chosen grain size for foreign law enforcement and military if they choose to go the 6.8 route. In fact most XM68GD rounds in this white box are from Federal's producing so many of them. As a result its made to pretty exacting standards and you will find this out performs

2 years agoBy far the best value for your money with the 6.8 gold dots! I’ve harvested hogs, deer, coyotes, and a few raccoons with this Ammo. Good solid Ammo for a great price!

2 years agoGreat ammo. Palmetto washed them out on clearance. It was a good price but after shipping it had very little value. None in the stores locally and they wouldn't let me pick them up. Had to be shipped.

2 years agoThis ammo can sometimes be had at a bargain price. Buy all you can! Shot from a 16” carbine upper, point of impact at 200 yards after a 100 yard sight-in is so close, it makes no difference when hunting. Performance on game is good as well. I’ve bought as much as I can when it’s available. You should, too!

2 years agoGood ammo. I used it with great success last year during deer season. It dropped an 8 point buck without issue. Shot was less than 20 yards, double lung, and there was no exit wound. I've shot a couple boxes at the range as well. Reliably feeds and good groups.

2 years agoThis ammo functions well in my 6.8 SPC AR carbine. It gives me about 2 inch groups at the range, which is more than sufficient for hunting medium game out to 300 to 400 yards. I have yet to shoot a deer sized animal with it, but it's deadly on coyotes.

2 years agoBought a bunch when it was on clearance last time. Figured even if it was decent, it would be good to have something cheap for my son to get more shots with his hunting rifle. To my surprise, it shoots sub-MOA out of the AR Performance 16” SOCOM barrel. Easily shot quick 3/4” groups at 100yds, and could do better if I spent the time. Great ammo and a great deal if you can find them.

2 years agoI buy as much of this ammo, as I can get my hands on when it is on sale. This is my go-to round for deer hunting both in South Carolina and Southern Georgia.

2 years agoI can use more XM68GD ammo especially at the price PSA was selling it for. Great quality, consistent & reloadable brass. It is my go to for 6.8SPC ammo & shoots better than the S&B

2 years agoAs long as you can manage to find this stuff at a tolerable price, it works great. The brass is swaged unlike some 6.8 so you have that extra step in reloading.
