1 year agoI zeroed my rifle with this ammo at 100 Yards then pushed it out to a thousand. It took about 60 rounds to Dope the rifle at various distances. This ammo works!

1 year agoAfter breaking in my barrel I used the 90 grain Matchking to see what kind of group I would get. My 3 round group was 1.1" at 200yds I have no complaint. Great round.

1 year agoIf you're looking for reviews of Federal's 90gr. SMK load you're going to find some good results, and some bad ones. This is largely due to the bullet jacket thickness on the initial production run. Since Federal's tech hold they've revised the bullet design, eliminating some of the early teething issues that would cause fliers. My last two orders (from different lot numbers) both have generated consistent five round sub-MOA groups at 100 yards out of my 22" nitrided Criterion barrel.

1 year agoWhen paying a $1.30 per rd you at least expect ammo that looks new. This looks like the 1970’s surplus ammo I bought for my 308. I’m not sure I want to shoot this through the brand new $379 barrel I just bought. Good luck buying this stuff.

1 year agoPeople you all crack me up your shooting 224 at 100 yards that a waste and It certainly should be dead on at 100 yard this round is made for long range I’ve seen 1300 yard on 8” plate so stop shooting this round at 100 yard unless your zeroing your rifle you should at least shoot over 300 to 500 yard and more then tell me if it’s a good round or not
