This round really SURPRISED me. I shot 3 rounds of my usual remmington 22lr from my walther p22 and then followed it with 3 of the 22lr punch. i fired into the lower side section of an old chest freezer that I needed to drain all the water out. the difference between the 2 rounds was immediately obvious in that the punch made bigger holes and water just sprayed out and the water from the remmington rounds' holes just trickled out. i really didn't tell any difference in the kick, but the flash … Read More

Seems to be very good ammo. It is fast but remember, it in only 29 grams of lead. Shoots very well in pistol and rifle.

Cycles well in all my semis. Accurate and clean burning. Only used on paper so i cant speak about much else. I like it!

Disappointed these rounds are not comparable with Taurus TX22. They tend to nose dive within the magazine and will not feed reliably. I’m sure they’re otherwise fine, just not with my firearm.

Saw these for the first time and bought two boxes of them, fired my first box of them today using a Walther PPQ M2 22LR pistol, I fired them Suppressed and Unsuppressed and both ways they perform great, I will be buying these again the next time I see them..

My review is based on shooting this ammo from a 2020 Walther P-22 CA version. First I shot Federal bulk ammo, then Aguila Interceptor, CCI Stingers and finally CCI Velocitor. Then I shot the "punch". Wow! I thought I had a 9mm in my hand. It cycled no problem and that is a very big deal for self defense. Groups were great at 7 yards (all ammo shot at 7 yards). This is the loudest .22 round in the universe and the barrel shows explosive gasses at every round. Other internet reviewers mirror my

Fired these out of my Ruger Lcr and my Ruger mark iii 22/45. Both with out any issues, some other brands I’ve had cases difficult to eject or not fire first strike in the revolver in case you are wondering what could go wrong there. It feels like maybe it has a slight bit more recoil than most other 22lr ammo, but like all 22lr that is minimal recoil anyhow. Guess I should’ve done a blind comparison and had a friend load for me to guess. Anyhow videos online look like good penetration performance and it ran smooth for me. Two thumbs up.

Sportsman's Warehouse had the ammo I had been looking for in stock, I could not find this ammo anywhere else, and at the best price.

Have not Shot any of these yet but expect it be very accurate. Measured the Rim thickness on these and after 10 cartridges quit beacause they where all the same and should provide concistent brisance of ignition . Federal is an excellent brand from top to bottom.

Use these in my EDC and never has it fail to feed, extract, fire or load. This is serious defense ammo it will penetrate deep compared to other 22lr ammo. Also it doesn’t tumble out of my Ruger 10/22 sporter with a 20” barrel. Shot a bobcat in the chest at 55 yards and it penetrated completely in and out his left butt cheek.

I use .22 caliber for self defense and this round appealed to me but it is louder, much more so than others but still, for its punch, i am satisfied

The plus for a 22-cal. pistol w/Punch ammo: 1-Much less recoil allowing 4 to 5 rounds in 2 seconds on target at 7 to 10 yards. 2-Flat nosed Punch will not inter straight but tumble around leaving a devastating wound. The minuses for a 22-cal. pistol w/Punch ammo: I'll have to get back to you on that one - - -

Really good .22lr ammo. And Im a CCI fanboy! Sorta picky about what I shoot, because most Deuces are finicky about eating. These, Ive had zero problems with unless its finding them in stock.
