Very accurate consistent and outstanding performance as expected from federal ammunition company.... basically this round is a cheaper alternative to the wonderful hst round.... 16" penetration and almost double dia expansion as advertised

Awesome load for my M&P .45 Shield. Pairs well with American Eagle 230gr FMJ as practice load as they are loaded to same velocity and same bullet weight.

looking for a good self defense round amid ammo shortage. This hits the mark although you pay a price for it.

I've seen ballistic gel tests set up to "FBI standards" and this round opened up very well even for a non +P round. This is amazing as I have been completely disappointed in every other Federal Ammo product. I did manage to get hold of some rounds of this very ammo and it ran flawlessly through my Glock 30....but then EVERYTHING runs flawlessly through my Glock 30. But PSA is offering this ammo for a not bad price in these insane times so I would highly recommend the purchase of this ammo for self defense use.

This Ammo works very well in a 3 inch Smith & Wesson Shield, 18 to 20 inches penetration on old wet newspapers, it penetrates about 3 to 4 inches more than the HST
