The FN 502™ Tactical isn’t just the first .22 LR from FN, it’s the industry’s first slide-mounted, optics-ready rimfire handgun that’s ever existed.

Designed for maximum fun, FN’s hammer-fired .22 LR delivers more accuracy and versatility than any other rimfire. Mounting a favorite red dot optic and cycling a wide range of .22 LR ammo makes a low-cost range day a high-end experience.

Inspired by FN’s patented Low-Profile Optics Mounting System, the FN 502 Tactical offers unmatched sighting options and co-witness front and rear sights align perfectly with your dot.

The superior ergonomics, proven balance and ambidextrous controls, all a nod to the FN 502’s bigger brother, the FN 509®, make it perfect for high round count training sessions. Like a robust target-style rimfire pistol, the design of the FN 502™ Tactical delivers faster, more accurate shots on target from a modern, optics-ready tactical pistol.

No regrets with this purchase! Ton of fun. Solid construction. Pretty accurate. Plastics sights could be better. Doesn’t seem to foul up as quickly as some other .22’s when running a suppressor

Having a hard time liking this tool. Been using the ammo I was told by FN and still having feeding issues and going into battery.

Fun plinker! Had a few rounds that did not fully battery, which i attribute to a slightly weak recoil spring. A stiffer spring will make it perfect.

Everything went absolutely beautifully. no glitches of any kind. Tell them what you want, Put your money on the table, wait a few days, proceed to your selected licensed dealer, and go bang-bang.

Unable to rate the gun at this time. I have not yet rec’d it. Pistol was identified as being part of a safety recall when it arrived at SW in Spokane. SW returned it to FN for repair/replacement.

Good: Fun. Accurate. Comes with extra sight mount plates. Bad: Sent in for repair after first range day. The sight plate wasn't torqued down right or needs extra loctite. The pins walked themselves out after ~300 rounds. Slide needed replacing. First 100 rounds were literally 25%+ failures to eject/load/cycle/stovepipe/whatever. All issues were fixed for free under the warranty, which is nice. Immediately started having the same issue when I got it back. The core issue is the slide

Overall very nice firearm. Recoil spring could be better, I bit cheap and the slide sticks some at its most rearward position. FN did a nice job with the optic MRD plates , giving you options for different red dots. Great looking tactical 22. I was a little disappointed there wasn’t a sticker too.

I purchase the FN 502 .22LR to be my range practice pistol....I love this gun! After watching many reviews on YouTube and without shooting it first, I can say that it has NOT disappointed. I love that it comes with TWO magazines and a lockable case (I bought the black FN 502 and the case is FDE/tan, but oh well...would have liked a black case). I put three different brands of .22LR rounds through it with only 1 jam that was more my fault than the gun's. Good grip and trigger action. Is an

Love this gun as a range trainer! East to shoot with a great trigger. I like the 15 round capacity as well as the other tactical features. I agree with the comments made by others cocerning the recoil spring, it seems a little flimsy. I will just have to see how it holds up. That being said, am very happy with it.

FN 502 Tactical. It’s a pretty pistol. The best part of this pistol is it shoots anything I feed it if you know about 22’s. Love the trigger.Great gun.

Love this gun. Also have the Sig and Taurus equivalents however, this is my favorite by far. Reliably shoots anything you feed it with great accuracy. Excellent trigger, suppressor and red-dot sight ready, what's not to like! Only disadvantage is trying to find one - it toook me many months!!

I have two. 500 plus rounds each, suppressed. No malfunctions. All bulk ammo. One of the 10 round mags is very hard to seat. The optics mount setup is awesome. I really like the design. Much easier to clean than a fixed barrel design. Can’t speak to the reliability unsuppressed, that’s just entirely too load.

It’s great fun to shoot. I put a Holoson Red Dot on and it made a perfect compliment to this wonderful firearm. My wife absolutely loves it and is very accurate with it. We can’t wait to get our suppressor. We both highly recommend it.

Amazing when suppressed. Shot well with a variety of ammo. Gun needed lubed and cleaned before being shot as it seemed to have a crust on it.

Outstanding service - they even called me to tell me that they were putting my new 502 in the mail to my Ffl dealer.

Love how it feels similar to the 509, but the weakness in the recoil spring and failure to chamber ammo consistently holds it back.

It looks like an FN 509 but does not have the same action feel. However, for target practice, it is just great. I especially like the magazine design for fast loading. Best of all is the threaded muzzle and optics mount.

Was a little apprehensive to purchase the 502 after the recall but Im glad I did. The gun handles great, is more accurate than my other 22, and I love how balanced it feels in my hand.

Great gun for me. Feels good in the hand, functions well with a variety of ammo, and is quite accurate. It also has an excellent trigger and as soon as I can find one in FDE I plan to purchase it as well. The only downside is I can’t locate any spare magazines. Really fun gun to shoot.
