The G2 Research Radically Invasive Projectile (RIP) bullet is a copper hollow-point with the tip of the bullet consisting of eight trocar-shaped petals which, upon impact, act similar to a holesaw. RIP bullets act like a FMJ on impact in solid objects, and as the bullet passes through soft tissue it expends its energy. The design allows for an ease of entry by reducing the deceleration at the point of impact, causing potential energy to be conserved, thus delivering a deadly kinetic energy wave.

1 year agoThis round in 10mm?? All I can day is wow!! Absolute perfection for an edc. I carry a glock 29 and the 10 has plenty of knock down power, add these to the mix? I feel sorry for the bad guys

1 year agolight weight makes it shoot high, multiple FTFs in hi-point 10mm carbine. Glock 29 fed ok, but accuracy is an issue at ranges beyond a few yards. Due to expense, i consider it impractical to shoot enough to be comfortable with this cartridge before carrying them or possibly using them in defense. my impression is that it's a "gimmick" round.

1 year agoI now use this round as my home defense ammunition. I previously watched the videos on the G2 Research website and had to try the ballistic testing myself. I wasn't disappointed at all in this round. I was definitely and thoroughly impressed with the performance of this brand of ammunition. Although the grainsge is low, the round does pack a mighty punch. The energy put forth by this design was phenomenally amazing! Definitely a keeper and works well in the GLOCK 20SF & 29SF!

1 year agoIt's hard to write a review on something I haven't used yet. In fact, it's one of the few things I have bought and own that I don't ever plan on using. But if the time ever comes that I feel a need to use it, I will. I will also come back and edit this review as to the performance of the product. Although not designed for golf, I am sure it will make a hole in one.
