Glock 27 Gen 3 .40 S&W Pistol ‒ PI27502
Small, light, accurate, powerful: all accurately describe the GLOCK 27. With its comfortable dimensions and the proven advantages of the GLOCK pistol family, this model is popular with police, both on and off duty. That’s why so many law enforcement agencies issue this subcompact pistol, in .40 as their official backup pistol.
Firearm Safety Rules
1. Handle all firearms as if they were loaded. Never forget that a gun as the potential to produce serious injury or death in a single instant of carelessness. Make safe gun handling a habit to be followed at all times. After you determine that a gun is unloaded, continue to handle it as though it were loaded.
2. Always keep your firearms pointed in a safe direction! In selecting a safe direction, you must also take into consideration that a bullet can ricochet or glance off any object it strikes, and that bullets can penetrate walls, ceilings, floors and windows.
3. Keep your finger out of the gun’s trigger guard and off the trigger until you have aligned the gun’s sights on a safe target and you have made the decision to fire! By keeping your finger completely outside the trigger guard until you have aimed at the target, you guarantee that any shots you fire will go safely in the direction of your intended target.
4. Always be certain that your target and the surrounding area are safe before firing! Remember that a bullet can travel as much as several miles, so you should be certain of what your bullet could strike before you pull the trigger. Never fire at a movement, a noise, a flash of color or a rustling bush without positively identifying your target.

2 years agoI bought mine six years ago and couldn't be happier. That's saying a lot because I considered myself a "Sig guy." A friend encouraged me to give the Glock 27 a chance. I was immediately converted to a "Glock guy!" I've found the construction to be very durable, the performance to be reliable, and the shooting experience truly remarkable. Some say the recoil is hard to get used to, but I've found it managable. I purchased a Lone Wolf 9 mm conversion barrel to save money on ammo costs, but also practice with the original .40 barrel. I've found that both are similarly fun to shoot, and I've NEVER had a misfeed (even using cheap Blazer Brass or white box Winchester.. The gun is small enough for concealed carry in an IWB holster. Of course, It's also easy to swap magazines with other Glock pistols. Highly recommended without reservations.

2 years agoThis pistol is perfect in size and flawless in design and function. I love mine and think that the reputation that Glock has acheived is well deserved. It never fails me and always hits its mark. You will never go wrong with a Glock. Every police officer that I know carries Glock as both their on duty and off duty gun, as does lots of other law enforcement and military personel around the world. To me, Glock is to modern times as what Colt was to the old west.

2 years agoThe Glock 27 is a great little back up or carry weapon. 9 or 10 plus one capacity, great stopping power and a reliable small weapon are some strong selling points. I carry a Glock 22 on duty with 4 15 round magazines total on my duty belt. If I happen to have a duty weapon failure in an active shooter situation, I can always pull my back up and use the magazines on my belt. Kinda looks weird, but it can be done and it works. That is very comforting while on duty. I have to use the plus one grip extensions. I have small hands, but my pinky still slides off the bottom of the factory 9 round magazine. Its very hard to fire this weapon without them. I suggest if you purchase a Glock 27, that you get the plus one mag extensions for comfort. They don't add much weight at all and still conceal very well.

2 years agoAs much as I hate to admit it once I did used the warranty to get a replacement guide rod since then it has worked really well. To be fair this could happen to any gun. It is a great C&C weapon as long as you remember that there is not active safety on the gun and take you precautions from there. A good gun but not one I would recommend for the first time buyer.

2 years agoI thought a long time before buying this gun. I even bought a Springfield SA/XD9 first. Had I bought the Glock first I probably would not have bought the Springfield. The recoil from the G27 is much less than I expected. And in my area the 9mm ammo is getting higher in price and harder to find than the 40S&W. I have found the Federal American Eagle to be more accurate than the PMC Bronze. Overall a great conceal carry gun that I truly love.

2 years agoMy G27 is a great gun, a very small package with a lot of fire power; I have shot hundreds upon hundreds of all different brands of .40 ammo through it with only flawless feeding! it has never jammed, This fire arm is very accurate, reliable, durable, and easy to use. One of the most reliable and safe guns I have owned other than a revolver!! Like all Glocks it breaks down in seconds and there are lots of customizable parts available if you want. Great CC weapon Highly recommended! You will be happy with this purchase

1 year agoThis is yet another quality firearm by Glock. This was the very first gun I purchased over ten years ago and I never regretted it. If you are debating on a Glock, just YouTube videos about the different stress tests. The gun will literally fire every time you squeeze the trigger and that's a big plus in my book. When you squeeze the trigger, you want to know it will go "bang" every time without an issue. My only gripe about this gun is it's not as easy to conceal carry as some other options out there. The gun is pretty heavy and bulky. Other than that, it's a nice quality piece.

1 year agoThis is one of Glocks great pistols, perfect size for carry and consealing with the knock down power you want. Extremely reliable, I have put over 1500 rounds through mine without a single issue. Accepts any ammo I feed it with no issues. Only thing I can say is it is a .40 caliber pistol so it has the kick of one, due to the size you will want some talon grips and possibly a pinky extension on the mag to ensure a good grip. That being said I love this gun and it will remain in my collection.

1 year agoI have a Gen 3 Glock 19 that I carry in the winter but this one is way easier to carry in cargo shorts. I wanted a heavy hitter. I love this gun a lot. Definitely has knocked down power so be prepared for some recoil. Nothing crazy but you will feel it. This isn’t a every weekend range gun unless you plan on grip extensions.

1 year agoI bought this as a concealed carry weapon. It works perfectly for what I needed. I’ve always been a fan of glock, this was my third pistol from them. The people at Grab A Gun were very helpful and friendly.

1 year agoI bought my G27 in 1998 and have been carrying it ever since. It’s been utterly reliable with quality magazines and combat accurate with anything I’ve put through it. Sometimes amazingly accurate. I found the two finger grip odd at first but accepted it for the reduced footprint. In time I’ve grown used to it and honestly don’t even notice it now. It’s lightweight and powerful for what it is making it well suited to EDC. It’s somewhat wider than a single stack pistol but it fits my hand like a

1 year agoAwesome little cannon. Really like the subcompact size. Bought the 10 round mag which gives a better purchase on the pistol. Overall very satisfied.

1 year agoI love it. A lot lighter and more compact than my G30S. With the form fitted trigger holster I can just drop it in my pants pocket. I never leave home without it.
