GLOCK G17 GEN 3

One of the best gun in the market for home defense. Simple, straightforward easy to use for a beginner like me. Good reviews anywhere you look at. It comes with 2 mags, speed loader and brush. Unfortunately, I can only get Gen 3 here in California.

They could improve their checkout lines. Lines take way too long. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. Took me 3 attempts to do my DROS and pick up. They stop all pickups a hour before closing. I understand bg checks are needed for pickups and Ammo purchases but lines should be split. People who are walking in to look at guns and possibly buy/start their DROS should be separate because they take forever and slows down everyone else who is there to pick up or buy ammo.

Affordable price, good looking OD Green color, very Popular Glock, but I felt like a unfinished pistol because no grip cap, sharp edge on magazine release button and that maybe Glock made it an affordable handgun ;))

The Glock 17 Generation 3 is a very well built pistol.The look,feel,weight and balance of it all contribute to its enthralling character!The ergonomics fit perfect for my large hands and to sum it all up,this is quite a sexy pistol.I can say that I do recommend this pistol for those looking for top standards in a handgun!

I would recommend this pistol to anyone who wants their gun to go bang everytime they pull the trigger! It's a aesthetically pleasing.

Only had one chance bringing it to shooting range. Went through 170 rounds with perfect performance. Dry fires every day. Love it 100%

This is my 2nd Glock, glock’s are designed to be a point-and-shoot weapon. And the Sportsman’s’s had a great price too. You can’t go wrong with a Glock. Glock’s do not have a mechanical safety, for some people this is a problem. My 1st Glock over 20 years old with About 1000 rounds. Still looks new, never a malfunction.

I really enjoy taking this weapon to the range. It is easy to operate and accurate. Very easy to clean afterwards as well

My first Glock, and IMO, I picked a winner. I prefer the gen3 grips, the lack of "GEN" indication on the slide, etc. The 10 round magazines are no big deal considering how easy it is to get 17 round replacements (I don't live in California so this is legal). Even the dude that did the check-out when I picked up the gun was surprised by the price. Considering what these things are going for online, I am very, very happy with this purchase.

Sportsman’s Warehouse is my go to place for firearms and more! It took patience to find this beast Glock 17 on their website but patience is a virtue I have!

Waited in line for 3 hours to start the DROS and another 2 hours to pick up my G17. Other than that all good.

I got this ODG 17 to replace a 17 that I turned it into a 17L. Purchased in late June and arrived in a week.

What more can be said about a gen 3 Glock. Ol' reliable but I gave mine a modern touch. My advice to new Shooters would be to not touch a thing besides maybe adding a grip wrap if it suits you. Shoot it the way glock intended until it becomes second nature
