2 years agoWhat can I say, it is a Glock. It fits in perfectly with my others. I have a G43 and a G43X, so it made sense to get the G48. I have paired it with Shield Arms S15 magazines which increases capacity to 15 + 1 which is a great enhancement to have. Without a doubt I recommend the G48 to anyone looking for a "compact frame" weapon that has a 4.17 inch barrel.

2 years agoGreat conceal carry pistol. Capacity could be bumped, but aftermarket mags have already done that. I'd also change the sights to nightsights. Slim and easy to carry

2 years agoThis pistol is the best! Slightly larger but still easy to conceal and control with great sights for accuracy. Smooth mechanics to load, clear, and reload which for me is critical as some other firearms are more sticky and tight with their action and I’m not as confident/comfortable.

2 years agoI love my Glock 19 but for concealed carry in my belly holster in FL where you rarely wear a jacket etc. this is Great! It is thinner with a single stack and conceals very well. Also got the 15 cap magazine not made by glock. One in the gun and a second in belly band.

2 years agoCouldn’t be happier with this purchase. Pistol has a real nice feel to it. Shoots great. Very accurate and extremely reliable. Feels like a full sized pistol when shooting but conceals like a compact.

2 years agoWell,...it's a Glock - just slimmer in the hand / IWB carry. Simple to operate & dis/re-assemble. Accurate AF, w/ about a softball sized group at 30 yrds. Due to the single stack mag arrangement - & a very tight mag spring - that 10th round can be a little tough to load onto the top of the mag. Slide release is a little stiff, but loosens up with use. Bought this for my wife, who really likes it - but she's partial to having a safety, so I'm more than happy to make it my own EDC. Overall, a very simple, reliable and effective 9mm.

2 years agoI damaged a small section of my brand new G48 polymer lower trying to remove a very strong & stubborn mag release.... attempting to upgrade for the New S15 15 rd mags. Be extremely careful... now I have to make a trip to the Glock Co. for a $130 new lower .

2 years agoI haven’t used it yet, but will next week. I’m only 5’-6” tall with small hands. It fits my hands perfectly. Used a friends Glock 19 and found the grip a bit to big for me. I would also like to say that purchasing on line from Palmetto was a pleasure and have been recommending it to all my friends. I will send a review as soon as possible. Thanks again

2 years agoMy local FFL in Bradenton is also a gun smith and milled the slide to accept a Holosun optic. Delivery to FFL was fast and price was reasonable.

2 years agoIt is a Glock and it is basically a slim Glock 19. What’s not to love. PSA did a great job with providing the firearm.

2 years agoJust after Glock shocked the shooting world with a remarkable carry gun with the model43, then immediately improved the attributes of the 43 with the 43X, then took it over the top with the super-accurate model 48! I have carried all my life. That's how I am the age that I am. The only improvements that are worthy of this great pistol are good night sights and a Shield Arms 15round magazine.
