This is a well made pistol, but there are a few quirks, including a locking mechanism at the bottom of the grip. A key, not unlike a tiny AR-15 front sight adjustment tool, is provided, e sure that you check instruction manual the ensure that you have unlocked the firing mechanism. The barrel in threaded for a suppressor, but the threads are metric so you will need to purchase an adaptor to allow use of the standard 1/2"X28 threaded cans. The importer, American Tactical, sells the adaptor, but

This gun is perfect for being a learning platform with it's super heavy trigger pull, large frame and ergonomics. The doelwn side is the heavy trigger and the fact that it is ammo picky and you do need to use either CCI or Remington Gold is supposed to work well but I haven't tested it myself. On the plus side the failure to fire, feed, and eject on occasion is great for malfunction training. I bout this pistol for my wife to learn on before graduation her to my CZ P10 which she now shoots like

Wrote a review detailing my experience with all brands of HV .22 LR in this pistol, about 6 weeks ago. It disappeared from the PSA website after a week or so. Failures to feed and failures to eject/cycle on every mag cycle. I’d love this pistol if it was reliable. I’ve tried all the recommended rounds. It performs best with the HV 40 gr. Still, rarely cycles a complete mag. Failure most common on the second to last round. I need a farm pistol that is reliable, and this is not the pistol. I wonder how long this review will stay up.

I have had a GSG Firefly aka Sig Mosquito in the FDE color for about a year and enjoy shooting it suppressed. The problem is it will only run through a full mag when using CCI Mini Mags. Nearly every other manufacturer's 22 rounds cause multiple fail to eject and stove pipes. I had it out today and ran Winchester CPHP through it. I also had my Ruger Mark III Target out today and it ran the Winchester CPHP rounds flawlessly. I have polished the feed ramp and cleaned it/lubed it thoroughly and still it will only function with CCI Mini Mags.

I bought two as I wanted to see how well the gun was made and the low cost of purchasing one, I was not disappointed and bought several more.

Good fit in my hand. Pistol looks good and seems solid. Looks nice a little bigger then I expected but still a nice size. The threaded barrel is a smaller size and will require an adapter for most standard suppressors.

Need a planking pistol? Need to learn to shoot? This pistol is perfect for 25/50 yards of fun. I will say like **ALL** 22LR pistols and blowback guns the ammo matters. With that said if you get an ammo that doesn't work.... Dont buy it again! I tried Federal bulk rounds with a failure every 3 rounds or more. ***Remington Thunderbolt ammo*** BEST AMMO for pistol. Only a few issues with all normal 22LR ammo. Some charges are light or failure to fire. Pull trigger again

They're cheap. They jam often. My kids love to shoot them since they fit small hands and are accurate. I use the frequent malfunctions to teach how to reduce a malfunction. I have 4 in 3 different colors so far. I'm waiting for the pink one to come in stock for my daughter. Overall I would recommend as a plinker and trainer. I definitely would never count on it to cycle every time the trigger is pulled.

I recommend using CCI mini mag if you use the spring that the gun is shipped with. I haven’t tried the other spring that comes with it. I like that the gun comes with different size sights for the front. Nice gun for target shooting.

Not a bad little .22 for the price. Experienced the same feed and eject issues as everyone else. I polished the feed ramp and the lips of the magazines, installed the lower power spring and it virtually eliminated the feed and eject issues. Maybe one failure in 50-70 rounds.

The whole process went smoothly. No issues picking up from the FFl of my choice. Also, the gun was available and at the best price I could find on the Internet. A friend even ended up ordering the same gun in black the same day.

With the ammo prices way beyond stupid, I decided to buy rimfire versions of my carry handguns. This was one of my purchases and I am very pleased with it. The trigger is way heavy but it feels and functions just like my P226 and P227, so the first round from holster is close enough for government work. I had a few versions of ammo on it's maiden outing and it functioned as expected, flawlessly. I shot Federal bulk white box auto match ammo and the Firefly digested them and cycled

Fun to shoot if you can get past all the frustrations! Nice affordable gun and a lot of fun to shoot when it works properly. It is very picky about what ammo it likes. First time firing, failure to eject. I was shooting Norma 40gn 22LR in it. Every single shot was failure to eject. 3 - 10 round mags in a row. So I brought it home looked on line to see if anyone else had the same issue, I found a lot of people had the same problem!! So I tried to polishing the feed ramp like many others did and

I love this little gun. Haven’t had one issue with it since I got it. Bought it because I accidentally ordered 4 magazines for it, had to get one. I have since ran over 1,000 rounds through it with no issues.

Bought one of these just for the range. Great weapon and solid construction. I have only ran about 70 rounds though mine. It tends to like the lead nosed rounds over the brass hollowpoints. Would like to run higher velocity ammo if I could ever find some.
