Heckler & Koch HK45 V1 Full Size .45ACP Pistol w/ 2 10rd Mags

I purchased this online for a good price i was blown away with the build quality and the presentation of the firearm this gun is the best 45acp gun that i own .

Been looking all over for this gun. Checked the website and said it was out of stock and has been for a while now. Decided to go into the store today just to see what was still available and low and behold an HK45 was sitting in the case. It ended up being the last one in the back and it was $50 cheaper than the online price. HK is the only company I will buy a firearm from without having to think twice about it.

This has been my baby for over 3 years and I've tried many others and wouldn't switch for the world. Fantastically dependable, great balance, smooth, has a non-trigger safety which I like ... just freaking perfect. I adore this handgun.

I’ve owned this handgun for about three years, and I have determined it’s the best handgun I own. I’ve questioned why I own a great 1911 when this can shoot .45s as well or better for a lower price with lower felt recoil. Accuracy is outstanding, ergonomics near perfect. A well-publicized torture test put 32,000 rounds through this gun before it malfunctioned. Recoil is claimed by H&K to be reduced by 25% due to its proprietary spring system, and I’d believe it. The only issue is capacity; ten rounds (you can squeeze 11 in for many of their mags) is low by today’s standards, especially with some .45 competitors at 13 or 15. My philosophy is this; if you’re more likely to score a hit, capacity matters less. It’s also a big gun, you’re gonna have a hard time concealing this one. If open carry or home defense is your goal, this is the one to have.

Piece of JUNK.. I had to dissemble the trigger parts completely, because hammer wouldn't fall when pulled in double action, and half cock, I had to remove trigger bar and put it in correctly, also had to remove trigger spring and install it correctly, HK Ain't what they used to be. Last one I'll ever buy..

I bought this gun today, ran to my home cleaned & oiled it and go back fast to the shooting ranger to test it and surprise…… 200 shots with different gr and no malfunction, ergonomic like not other I’m really very happy with my HK 45

Wow great 45 got it at bass and pro shop I purchased two one in 45 the other in 9mm shot them at the range no issues ran threw the ammunition with not one failure.and as you can see in pictures got the compensator for both of them awesome.

Sorry had a problem with the last review. Like I was saying I ran 5 rounds through the weapon and had problems with 1 round not feeding properly. The round fired AFTER I cycled the round to the bottom of the clip of 5 rounds total. I personally like HK products. The weapon is "A Masterpiece" of craftsmanship. I going back to the range to fire another 50 rounds with a full clip to see if there are any other problems before I purchase the weapon. This was a "Rental" to see if I like the weapon before I purchase this product. I hope that this weapon works to my expectations. Perhaps the weapon wasn't clean or some other malty that caused the weapon to not feed correctly but I will sort it out. The grips are great for people with large hands.

Excellent handgun. H&K guns are phenomenal. Looks and feels great in the hand. Very accurate and precise. If you like 45acp caliber, then I definitely recommend this handgun for your collection.

Smooth operator. I'm extremely impressed with the performance of this handgun. I was expecting a heavy recoil but it is doesn't provide that impact.

This is a great pistol. Feels perfect in my hand. I shot very well with it at the range. The HK45 is a great compliment to the HK45C that I purchased from Sportsman’s last year. Very happy HK guy.

Hands down one of the finest 45's I've ever shot to include quite a few mid/high grade 1911's. Put your hands on one if you have the chance to see if you like the grip and then once you start putting rounds down range you'll be in love

This gun shoots really smoothly. It's big in the hand in a good way. I would not recommend it for someone with small hands tho. It's shoots smoothly and the recoil is soft and manageable.

This gun is one fine specimen to behold! I’m not brand exclusive when it comes to guns but I am now an HK fan because of this pistol. Love it! Went to the range and 400 rounds later, I’m in awe. Close to long range targets, this gun does it all. Soft shooting and extremely accurate. I also had an easy job of finding all the spent shell casings because they all fell in a three foot circle right next to me. I don’t remember having this much fun with a handgun in a while. I’m now going to buy the HK USP .45 as well. Awesome. Wish I’d purchased an Hk45 sooner!! Get it.
