With only 1,000 of these limited edition rifes available, we are elevating the Big Boy Silver squarely into treasured heirloom status. The extensive engraving patterns cover 95% of each side on the receiver, the entire frame’s top flat, and the upper tang area between hammer and serial number. Engraving into a receiver that has been thinly plated won’t cut it for us, so the Big Boy Silver uses a solid aluminum-bronze alloy that results in a silver tone all the way through the metal. Not only does this provide a stunning base for hand engraving, but it also means that the silver look will never fade away with time. It can be polished and cleaned up to maintain that brightly gleaming silver sheen for generations to come without fear of chipping or peeling. 2 years agoTerrific rifle. I did not have any problems loading the gun (typically you will hear that repeaters need to be cocked like you don't care !). Both 38 SPL and 357 magnum ammo worked great.

2 years agoThis is a solid rifle. The furniture is flawless, the finish is great, and it shoots like a well made firearm should. I was a little disappointed to discover that hammer has a miniscule wiggle, and the foregrip was a hair loose. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the quality and timely delivery of the Big Boy.

2 years agoFirst things first it’s not the rifle in the picture but if you know what you’re buying it’s not a big deal. Match the model number to what’s on Henry’s website and that’s the rifle you get. The process was simple and very easy. The rifle came on time and it was in perfect condition. 2 years agoQuality is finally back. This is truly a nice piece, a bit stiff, but to be expected for a new rifle like this. Wood was nicer than expected, and build quality gets a 5 star rating from me. Very accurate with factory ammo, can't wait to load some of my own to see just how accurate this rifle can be. 2 years agoLove this rifle - have run about 250 rounds through it. 357 much more fun than 38. I will take this to the range EVERY time! people at our outdoor range all wanted to shoot it. It is sighted in pretty good from the factory.

2 years agoEverything about the Henry Rifle is great but the price is a bit high. Guns.com didn't discount off the msrp which even Henry Repeating Arms said on their website that a discount is usually expected.

2 years agoThis is the Carbine - short barrel in 45 Colt. It’s such a nice looking, nice functioning and enjoyable rifle. Very easy to carry and get on target quickly. I have a Henry 45 -70 as well and this rifle seems a little smoother compared to the larger caliber. My assumption is there is less movement required to extract and load the next round.
