Born of the traditions of the Old West, the Rough Rider maintains much of the look and feel of the legendary Single Action Army revolver, only in a scaled down version. Chambered for the .22 LR and .22 Magnum cartridges, the Rough Rider is manufactured using state-of-the-art precision machinery that assures its accuracy and reliability. The cylinder lock-up is tight and the perfect timing of the action makes for a handgun that will put its shots where you want ’em. The machined barrel is micro-threaded and inserted into the frame for the optimal barrel/cylinder gap to give you maximum ammunition performance. A hammer block mounted in the recoil shield provides extra protection and has a red dot indicator that lets you know when the gun is ready for action. A new, more authentic looking flat-sided hammer paired with new exotic cocobolo grips, makes the Rough Rider both functional and handsome. There are also other grip materials available, plus finish options include the attractive and durable Smooth Silver Satin. When it comes to the Rough Rider there are no shortcuts taken. Ideal for hunting, plinking or western action shooting, let the Rough Rider be your choice in a new rimfire revolver.

1 year agoLooks nicer than expected considering the low price. Very fun to shoot. I'm considering a second with the 4" barrel for my girlfriend.

1 year agoNice quality but it is not blued. Either I received the wrong product or it's a misprint. Either way, disappointed with that.

1 year agoI got this revolver to teach about gun safety and how to shoot responsibly. The single action slows them down so they can't go at it like they see at the movies. It is reasonably accurate but you won't win any competitions with it. It does like to bind up after 70-100 rounds and the cylinder needs to get cleaned to get back on track. Good gun for the price.

1 year agoFit and finish was not bad, but ok. I wish Sportmans warehouse would have told me about the military discount. I found out about it after I made the purchase. That didn’t make me very happy as I could have saved some money. I have not fired the pistol yet, so I can’t comment on that.
