Heritage Rough Rider 22lr 3.5″ Revolver, Blued
At Heritage Manufacturing, They are not just gun-makers. They are storytellers. Since 1992, Heritage’s goal has been simple: make guns that tell a story and stand the test of time. It’s this mindset that brings you the legendary Rough Rider rimfire revolver – an American-made, single-action classic that pays homage to the Old West.
The Rough Rider revolver isn’t your ordinary replica gun. It’s a looker, all right, but it sure as heck won’t be reduced to a dust-collector. It’s built tough and boasts workmanship, accuracy and quality that’ll turn heads. Whether you’re plinking, hunting or western action shooting, the Rough Rider revolver means business.
Quite frankly, we think the story of the Wild West is one worth telling. It’s full of grit, glory and a whole lot of get-up-and-go. At Heritage Manufacturing, they are proud of our rich history, and that’s why they build guns that can be passed from one generation to the next. This is Heritage’s way of keeping the spirit of the American frontier alive and kicking.
The Rough Rider revolver is a workhorse through and through, but that doesn’t mean accuracy or performance has been compromised. This traditional single-action revolver — chambered for 22 LR and 22 Magnum — is proudly crafted in the USA using state-of-the art machinery and quality parts that will keep it performing for years to come. With tight cylinder lock-up, flawless timing and enviable craftsmanship, the Rough Rider revolver is built to put shots where you want ‘em — time and time again.
For the Hunting, Target Shooting or Self-defense, Palmetto State Armory stocks a wide selection of firearms to meet your needs at prices that won’t empty your wallet!

2 years agoGreat first revolver. Bought a 22wmr cylinder. Awesome that it can be interchangeable from 22lr and 22wmr.

2 years agoPoor fit and finish, even for a revolver priced less than $200. A Heritage Rough RIder 4 3/4 I bought six years ago for less than this has a smooth finish and nice dark cocobono grip. This one has a super rough finish and ORANGE cocobonass grip. I can buy a better replacement grip but the overall is far from what I expected.

1 year agoGreat little gun. Does have a quick trigger which I had to get used to. Great for target shooting. Love the handles.

1 year agoGood gun. But the stock grips are a hideous orange color... The fit on the grips is pretty rough as well. Nothing a new set won't fix though. Everything else is good. Solid, smooth action, shoots straight. All good. My only other gripe, is the polymer trigger. But that's neither here nor there. I ordered from Guns.com, and I was a little apprehens...Read More Read more about review stating Rough Rider 9-shot

1 year agoClassic simple cheap well made dependability accurate. 9 shots levels the playing field an now they can be as fast as you if they put a switch on the back of their Glock! But still couldn't afford to practice as much as you for a dime a shot.

1 year agoGreat little target gun, super cheap to shoot, accurate, fun to load… don’t let the low price deter you, it’s one of the best things about this gun. The price doesn’t match the outstanding quality, you get a real cowboy feel when using. Easy to use, the safety is a nice touch for someone who is new to revolvers. Fantastic firearm, with brilliant f...Read More Read more about review stating Great gun for beginner and pro cowboys alike!

1 year agoI love this new pistol! Light, yet well balanced for me. I’m used to a .357 Blackhawk, so this is quite a change! Nice little revolver.

1 year agoI have not had a chance to take it out shooting. But I love the gun. The bird head handle gives it a unique look and feel. Can't wait to use it.

1 year agoFun to shoot, easy to clean, great started handgun, especially for younger kids just starting out since it shoots .22. Bought it for Dad's birthday and he loves it.

1 year agoGreat quality gun for the price. Love the wood grips. Right out of the box hit target 6 out of 10 at 30 yards. Will definitely Italy consider purchasing another one.

1 year agoThe trigger got stuck before i ever fired my first shot other than that ok This is my second heritage rough rider i have bought

1 year agoThis is my second. It's the small bore 3.5 inch barrel model. It's great quality, fits so well in the hand, and is quite accurate. The appearance with the bird head grip is very fine. Operation takes more knowledge and "following the instructions" than a vintage single action revolver, but is keyed towards safety and safe shooting. A solid "gr...Read More Read more about review stating This is my second. It's

1 year agoThis is a fun gun for the range, especially with the additional 22wmr cylinder. It shoots great for young & old! Everyone should have a single action 22lr to plonk with!

1 year agoNice, smooth action. Shoots a little high-left. Great with CCI Minis, 32 gr. Super Colibris, but does NOT like the Aguila 65 grainers! Jams up the cylinder quick, fast, and in a hurry! Overall fun gun to shoot.

1 year agoWhether it's just for your plinking pleasure or introducing a newbie to the wonderful world of shooting, you can't go wrong with this pistol. Equipped with two cylinders, one for .22 WMR, the other is for all other .22 type ammo making it easy to spend an inexpensive afternoon of shooting. The thumb safety is easy to access and doesn't take away from the old west styling of this pistol. Everyone should own at least one of these.

1 year agoWhat a great little gun! This hefty (for its size) six-shooter is fun to plink with or switch in the .22 mag cylinder for more serious action. I also think it looks pretty cool on the "cowboy gun" wall in my study.

1 year agoOverall a great little pinker that is tons of fun. Decent quality and looks for the price. My only complaint is the grips looked nothing like the photos. My grips were orange. Very orange… I immediately replaced them with some nice aftermarket wood grips.

1 year agoArrived with the front sight bent and not fully blued. There are a couple chips and dent on top of the receiver. The grips are not stained like in the pictures. Mine are bight neon orange, really hideous. I'll have to strip and re-stain the grips.

1 year agoThis is my third heritage rough rider. It is also my favorite as far as performance, looks and feels. I enjoy them all, I just enjoy this one a little more.
