bought box of these and about 30 out of the box have not shot. I have not had any other issue with any other brand besides these. would not recommend.

Purchased 2-20 round boxes and none of them are pressed correctly, bullets are setting crooked in the casing and ridges on bullets are exposed rather than pressed in. Does this company have a quality control department??

Never had a bad round, no light strikes.
5 out of 5 boxes opened counted and double
Checked with a digital scale. Were 3-4 rounds short on count. Cslled the store, not a whole lot of action expected when your tol there short handed and he was doing the job of 3 people. ,
When there a few hundred boxes there and there 3 rds short each. Thats a lot of money getting taken from the customers for nothing.

Not sure why the other reviews are bad. I got lucky to find this in the store in the midst of COVID and had nothing but fun on the range with it. Don't recall any failures.

Out of a box of 150 rounds I had over 20 rounds misfire. With the amount of money we’re spending on ammo it’s a joke. Most friends I’ve talked to that bought ammo from cabelas have said the same thing.

Bought 2 packs 150 rounds 223 just recently.
I shot 50 rounds, no issues, accuracy is similar to AE from the grouping.
At this time, this should be made by Winchester.
The head stamp has LC, and Winchester now operates Lake City plant, maybe this is made from there?

I bought a 150 round box from Cabelas and shot about 75 rounds of it. So far no issues of any type. Reminds me of American Eagle ammunition in quality.

Great ammo, mine did not come in plastic ammo box. For me this came in cardboard box. Same price as the 200 round cardboard boxes, but the offer of a plastic box is why I choose to purchase at this price. Bass Pro, you can send me the boxes if you ever have them.

I have a box of thr .223 and it lists velocity as 3240fps. The 5.56x45 velocity lists 3180fps. ??? What is going on. Both are 55 grain. Is this a typo or what.

The ammo is flawless. The price was good. The only issue is it does not come in the nice box that is shown in the picture. It comes in standard cardboard boxes instead. Would have been nice to get what is shown in the picture as that is what is expected.

I've recently switched to Herter's brand 5.56 and 9mm. The rounds are competitively priced and a great value for there performance and reliability. When doing a training day at the range this ammo has been great . If you are new to shooting or even an experienced shooter this ammo is a great value. I've had zero issues so far with the 5.56 and the 9mm. No jams or failed primers :) I would highly recommend! The only reason i'm giving this 4 stars and not 5 is because currently there is not a bulk purchase option of 300 rounds or more for the 5.56 :( if that changes this would be a 5 Star for sure :)

Every time I buy ammo on sale Bass takes forever to process the order. Most of the time the order gets canceled due to no stock. The funny thing is you can go online and still buy the same ammo but at the regular price.

Good price, but the ammo box is not included even though the picture clearly shows 5.56 on the ammo box. Very deceiving. I expected better from Cabelas.

I've purchased these in subsonic and supersonic and have never had a misfire. I used to purchase Herter's as my "go to" target round because of their cost and reliability. But during Covid and the mad rush on ammo, I couldn't find any for several years in a row (in any caliber). Glad to see it's finally making a comeback to the shelves.
