I RESEARCHED this CARBINE A lot before purchasing. Its a great shooter and reliable. I REPLACED the composite Weaver rails with aluminum picatinNy rails and put a lIghter sear spring in it to improve the trigger.

So far, I am digging this carbine. The fact that the shells eject so far out kind of surprised me, but overall I'm happy with this purchase!

simple blowback design is low-maintenance and it works every time. some give hi-point grief, but their carbines are definitely great value. no issues or problems. maybe a bit heavy (especially with 2 extra mags on stock) but not a deal breaker. would buy again and highly recommend particulary for those looking for a low-cost reliable home defense weapon. extra cross-over benefit if you have pistol in the same caliber as your carbine.

I am Realy glad i bought this carbine. It is relIable, Powerful, accurate, and just plain fun to shoot.

Finally got to tryout carbine and i must say the accuracy on this thing's spot on!! I've shoot the 9mm before, but it's a first for me with the 10mm. Shoots 50 rnds with no issues...however we need a "20+ mag" hint hint.

Shoots and operates as intended. No problems so far and cycled without a hitch. Powerful and fun to shoot.

just like the others this one is accurate...dependable and fun. but the trigger is pretty darn bad...and no 20+ mags available. maybe i can make the trigger better since there is no replacement available..hint..hint...but you will enjoy it and it will handle any +p ammo around. works well for pigs

It's a Hi-Point. It's ugly.It's heavy.It's difficult to clean properly. However,it shoots 10mm ammo all day long.That's an impressive size cartridge for plinking.
