A recent HK pistol design, the P30 is a modern police and security pistol that combines function and safety. Ergonomic features include a special grip frame with interchangeable backstrap inserts and lateral plates, allowing the pistol to be individually adapted to any user. Ambidextrous controls include dual slide releases and magazine release levers. This model features the V3 trigger (DA/SA with rear decocker button) and 3-dot sights.

1 year agoHK quality with a trigger that reminds me of the 226 legion with a longer, lighter double action pull for hundreds of dollars less. What's not to like?

1 year agoI have put in some time with an H & K P30 that was likely a police trade-in. Looked nearly new, functioned flawlessly, ate everything, and kept on ticking. Minor gripes are the trigger but change the hammer spring and you're good to gun. For an $85 cost there is an aftermarket trigger assembly upgrade but it makes the SA reset too close IMO.
