A recent HK pistol design, the P30 is a modern police and security pistol that combines function and safety. Ergonomic features include a special grip frame with interchangeable backstrap inserts and lateral plates, allowing the pistol to be individually adapted to any user. Ambidextrous controls include dual slide releases and magazine release levers. Variants with a conventional double-action/single action trigger have a serrated decocking button located on the rear of the frame. P30S models have an ambidextrous safety lever mounted on both sides of the frame. S models are available in conventional double-action/single action trigger mode and have a serrated decocking button located on the rear of the frame in addition to the two safety levers.

1 year agoEven though I’ve only fired 50 rounds through this pistol, it has easily become my favorite firearm. It’s accuracy is exceptional allowing for very tight grouping. HK perfection all around.

1 year agoTook it to the range last week, Fired 100 rounds 165gr federal ammo, no malfunction, so accurate, smooth shooter the recoil feels like a 9mm, great size for CCW

1 year agoMy first HK. Great grip. Runs great on variety of ammo.. Below par sights IMO,already swapped for custom made sights. I like DA/SA triggers ,so it seems fine to me contrary to reviews I've seen elsewhere.

1 year agoI shot this gun at a gun range around Oceanside CA. They only had the legal size 10 round mag. I shot continuously 10 rounds at 20 yards and all of the bullets hit the head which is where I was going. I never thought this was going to be that accurate of a handgun. The recoil on this is not that bad either especially for a poly handgun. The grip is amazing and comfortable. Some handguns hurt to shoot especially if the trigger is hard and the grip is horrible like the GEN4 G23 Glock. This gun was amazing. Would highly recommend.
