Hornady .22 WMR 30gr V-MAX Varmint Express Rimfire Ammunition 50rds – 83202

The Hornady ,22mag, V-Max,30 gr,are excellent for hunting and target shooting. And 2,200 fps velocity allows me to shoot at least 200 yards target.

Anyone with a .17 HMR rifle should keep Hornady Vmax 17gr and 20gr XTP in the gun safe. Hornady sets the standard for .17 HMR ammo.

The 22 mag are the bad ass Bullet, I took down a rabbit at 70 yards a perfect kill. I will buy again and again.

This ammo has such a small grain bullet, 20gr, that it lacked the powder charge to cycle thru my Rock Island 22mag pistol. It smoke stacked every round and I had to manually eject each round to the the next to cycle. 40gr ammo cycled perfectly. I cannot find any fault with this ammo. My Savage works well with this ammo. Very accurate up to 125 yards.

I've got an AMT automag and it's prone to getting brass stuck in the barrel, never had an issue with these

Priced right and the best ammo short of a much larger price, I use them up to 150 yards open sights, and even better with a scope, and if you have a bolt rifle, the only limitations would be beyond you open sight sighting, Their as good as the shooter

My PMR-30 will not eat this ammo. FTF, FTE. The only thing that works consistently is CCI Maxi Mag 40 grain.

Hornady is always a good choice. Quality ammunition in any caliber. This 22 WMR round is the greatest. I shot from a Ruger 77/22 with a 3-9 Tasco scope. On sand bags I could consistently get .5” groups at 100 yards. That is the limit of my personal range and hold. I could probably do better with a vise. Palmetto is also a good choice. Quality merchandise shipped fast. I recommend both.

I have a Ruger American 22WMR rifle that just loves this ammo!! It is extremely accurate and no failure to feed, fire or eject. I am going to use it to hunt some pesky coyotes in my area. It is accurate out to 100 yards! 1/2" groups at fifty yards and 1" groups at 100yds. If you can find it buy it!

Good ammo shoots clean, I have 2 magazines, 1 would jamb occasionally. I feel its the magazine not the ammo.

Amazing ammo at a great price. I use Hornady in my .17HMR and .22WMR rifles and it is very accurate. Shipping was fast. Two of the five boxes were broken on arrival, but in my experience is quite common with clear plastic ammo boxes.

This round is a scorcher outta my old bolt action Marlin... not to mention accurate... the only downside to this loading is the cost... what use to be a $0.18/rd is now $0.38 - $0.40/rd
