Hornady Subsonic 300 Blackout 190gr SUB-X 20rds Ammunition – 80877

Good shooting ammo. Price was higher than other stores i visit. With that said i was out of town when purchased and ordered more online to compare with other subsonic ammo i had found.

Groups fairly well at 100yds out of an 8in aero barrel, for subsonic expanding ammo you cant beat the price!

This ammo cycles very well through my AAC 300 Blackout Carbine with no failures or problems and it is so quiet with a suppressor on that I wonder if the round has exited the barrel. High quality ammo. Good accuracy and consistent ejection.

Accuracy from a 9in barrel is consistent out to 100yds, however, the suppressed report is louder than I would like when compared to other offerings. The Hornady ammo functioned within two separate AR platforms flawlessly.

Accurate (~1.25” group at 100 yards on a cold day) from a 16” barrel. I haven’t tried it on hogs yet, but it shoots straight and works well with a suppressor.

Bought this for my home gun, fortunately I HAVEN'T had to use it yet, but i know it will do its job if the time ever comes.

I shot 30 rounds and they were awesome, the only problem i had was the steel mags i was using wouldnt let them load. switched to p mags and everything was good.

Very fond of this bullet. I have purchased this bullet as a loading component as well and load to match the factory issue. Feeds and functions flawlessly even in traditional non-300BO M4 mags. Bob

I shoot these in a pistol with a "silencer" and they are very quiet. they cycle in my 11 inch barreled gun very reliably and show pretty good expansion on water filled plastic gallon jugs. this is not a long range deal (about 200 yds max), but lots of fun, and no ear protection required.

These rounds aRe hollywood quiet with a remington bolt aCtion, and A silencerco can, they are pretty quiet with a semiauto and a can. They cycle in my PWS gas operated mod 1 without adjusting the gas port. Doubt they would in a DI firearm. They hit hard, penetrate Deep., very accurate and expand pretty well. The is an excellent hog hunting round with exceptional expansion. Would highly recommend this for your .300 AAC suppressed Blackout Platform with the velocity it creates for knockdown also.

This is the most accurate SUBSONIC ammo i could find for my 300 Blackout. I tried 7 different brands and this was the most accurate by far. Shoots tight grouPs out to 100 yards

Not really subsonic at 50 degrees. Had the first bullet fail to fire. The rest shot well. After I figured out they were not quiet. I switched to 110 gr. Barnes Tac tx with great results. I will try these on something living to see how they expand.

Worked on a 2nd year buck. Bullet passed clean throwing and broke a shoulder. Deer went down hard but lingered linger than I wished.

Bought this ammo for a recent build I have. Did not think it would make that much of a difference, boy was I wrong. Fast shipping and good product overall.

I tried this ammo from a Savage Axis II 300 BO on a doe at 60 yards. Complete pass through with good tissue damage. Deer ran about 50 yards and expired. Not much of a blood trail. This ammo is very accurate a with a 50 yard zero it drops 8 inches at 100 yards. This was the only truly quiet factory subsonic ammo from my 16 inch barrel and suppressor. Hope this helps someone!

Great round, only needed one on a nice buck at about 30 yards, suppressed with an 8 in barrel. Deer ran 20 yards and fell over.

Great ammo for Deer and Hogs. Shoots great suppressed. My favorite ammo for critters. Will be buying more. I definitely recommend this ammo for your 300 BO.
