Good quality rifle, very accurate and solid, but not as good as Howa used to be. you can see machine marks on the receiver and notice it was not polished well to remove machining/forging marks, still very solid well functioning rifle. I have had other Howas but in calibers that did not suit me, so regretfully I sold them. After reading several reviews and finding the perfect (for me) caliber I jumped on this one. I could not be happier.
