Inceptor Preferred Defense 65 gr ARX 9mm Ammo, 25/box – 9ARXBRLUG65

I was about to purchase this polymer ammo before I watched some YouTube videos on it. Oftentimes the rounds lack the energy to cycle properly thereby causing frequent misfires. My life is too important to gamble with to a plastic bullet. I’m steering clear of these. Desperate times doesn’t always require desperate measures.

Item came as described and shipped fast. These rounds load and shoot very smooth through both, my Glock 19 and Glock 43 and my Sig P365. No fail to fires through 200rds. I would recommend giving these a try for personal defense

Great self-defense round with very aggressive bullet profile. You can sense a much higher bullet speed with a slightly lighter recoil from the lighter weight of the slug. No lead means no problems. Round finish is impeccably clean. Buy a box to shoot and a box for EDC.

I haven’t shot them yet but I had some for my .45 and they were pretty bad ass. Good penetration and a lot lighter than conventional ammo.

Fast and light gel great penetration and grouping well at target range ( indoor )unsure they are plastic bullets though someone needs to test on varmints.

This was my first time shooting with these. I liked that it had more power, but it did effect my accuracy. I would use these for shorter distance. I would keep these on hand as a secondary option.

Replaced my carry units with these. During target practice, I will remove & replace. (Hope to never use.)

Good defense round. I have no answer to the posted question. On should look up the specs and or contact the manufacturer.

I read a Masaad Ayoob article recently about firearm self defense in mob situations. He pointed out that bullet penetration could be a big problem when you are assaulted by a mob because someone in the mob could be a real threat while someone behind him who is not a threat is hurt by a round that penetrates the threat individual. Since I live near Seattle, this is a possible concern. He suggested lighter rounds to minimize penetration. I picked up 2 boxes of these and took a box to the range

Minimum recoil and accurate at self defense distances of 12 to 15 yds. Fed through my Glock 43 with no problems.

Haven't shot any of this batch yet as it's too expensive to waste. Have shot same stuff before and results are impressive. Vastly reduced recoil and improved control particularly in smaller weapons. Am considering using it as carry ammo for both me and my wife. Have always been a Golden Sabre or Critical Defense guy. This offers another effective tool for self defense.

Ammo provides a little extra punch which may be significant in critical self defense situations. I am happy with the ammo - what else can I say...

The ammo kept jamming in a new S&W sd9ve. The gun is in perfect condition and lubricated. After switching to ball ammo, everything functioned normally.

These are my home defense ammo and CC defense bullets. Compared to other ammo, these have a lite low recoil yet are accurate and penetrate as well as an FMJ. I tried these in two different pistols and one 9mm rifle, worked well and had a lighter recoil, yet still accurate.

I ordered this ammunition so I would have some defensive ammunition, it shipped fast, I have not tested it but the quality seems good, and the YouTube reviews on this particular type of defensive ammunition we're good, I hope PSA get some more of this in so I'll have an opportunity to order some more
