Bought rifle but was sent the incorrect rear sights then when I informed psa I was told to contact jts my rifle should have been inspected to make sure all components were present and correct before being shipped out

Received this shotgun in the factory box from my local FFL. Factory box is good quality cut out foam adequately protecting the gun during shipping. Mine arrived blemish free. The gun barrel still contained debris from the factory test shot, and the internal components were coated with lube/oil/preservative from the manufacturing or shipping prep process. Took a chance on this shotgun, as its entry into the market is relatively recent. It's essentially a scaled up AR lower/upper to

Not the best AR shotgun but probably not the worst either. Not much you can do to upgrade this model so I’d tell others to stay away from it. Most positive thing I can say is the adjustable gas block is the best feature

Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. I would have liked the option to get it with a larger capacity magazine. The 5 shell clip does not provide much more capacity than a regular shotgun. I also do not understand why this long gun had to be sent to a federal dealer in order for me to obtain it in NC. I can tolerate this procedure for pistols but never thought it applied to a long gun.

This semi auto AR format shotgun looks bad ass for goodn. It is!! I bought th AK based shotgun as well. The AR worked and kicked ass from the first shell. The AK required some minor tweeking. But they are both awesome for semi auto 12G s.

There is a crack in the bolt at a thin spot where the firing pin goes through. Does not cycle with cheap shells. Only works with high velocity shells. The gas chamber gets really dirty inside making it hard to take apart & clean. If I could go back I wouldn’t have bought it. Not the best design.

It is difficult to rate this firearm since I haven't been able to locate enough ammunition to give it a good test. Seems to be a shortage of extra magazines also.

I own a Saiga 12 and a Vepr 12. Both cost me more than the JTS M12AR-B1. The ergonomics of the JTS are much better. Time will tell how durable it is compared to the Russian shotguns. So far it’s digested 135 slugs and 75 rounds of 1325 OO 9 pellet buck on gas setting 2 without an issue. Comes from the same city as the 66 Chinese state armory AKA “Norinco “ and I sure don’t regret buying those 199.00 mak90’s back in the early 90’s!

Very satisfied with my first range trip. Made sure to clean first as reccomended, and everything cycled perfectly. The most difficult part is getting the bolt assembly to line up correctly when reassembling. Pretty accurate right out of the box too. Be careful the magazine edges are sharp when loading. Love the shotgun!

Palmetto State Armory website "in stock" information was correct, and the customer service was very good. The shipping and delivery effort was very good. No damage to the product found. My only knock is the picture on the website was not the version of shotgun they sent me. Therefore do your research on the model number before your purchase.

Multiple purchase, same order ...great communication on several items..not a word from their "partner"...maybe diverted to where they all should be going .. Just saying, customer service is KEY, never forget them.
