1 year agoAfter 200+ rounds no issues, good double action trigger. I especially like that I was able to purchase on ebay flush 7 round 1911 officer magazines that are half the price of Kahr 6 round magazines that works just fine, adds 1 round capacity and actually sticks out of the bottom less than the Kahr magazine.

1 year agoStop lever walked out slide. Screw to spring for slide hold open was loose and there is a screw holding in place on the polymer frame. The screw was cross-threaded in frame and is loose forever without epoxy fix to it. This is a sore point for me that I did not check it closer when I bought it.

1 year agoThis is my second pistol purchase and the first from Grabagun. I researched pistols heavily, and this one was priced to move when I bought it. I had the chance to fire it at the range. It packs quite a punch. It is small, and I plan to use it for concealed carry. There was one thing that I didn't realize when making the purchase, and that is that it does not have a typical hammer lock safety. The only safety is that you must pull back on the slide to chamber the first round. But once that round … Read More

1 year agoMy second CW series, sold the first and regretted it within a week. Smooth but long trigger pull is great for carry and this pistol is nice and light but still enough grip to hold onto.

1 year agoThis is a well-designed, well-built gun. It is lightweight, especially for a 45. The recoil is less than I expected for a smaller, lighter gun. The inner workings are designed to drop the recoil force so it is absorbed more into your arm rather than rising back over it.The price for this new gun was $100 cheaper than a used milsurp I got two years ago. It conceals nicely. It's easy to take down and clean.Shot 150 rounds so far with no problems. Cases launch pretty far out the ejection port. … Read More

1 year agoGreat little pistonl in a "full size" caliber with a low relative cost while still maintaining high quality. It initially had some feeding issues but they cleared up after about 250 rounds (break-in). Since then I've put approximately 1500 rounds through it without any problems. Its lite and easy to carry all day long. The only remaining issue would be the limited choices of available holsters."

1 year agoI have other Kahr firearms that run flawlessly. This one is going back for some adjustments to the trigger mechanism, but the over all feel is excellent and I am looking forward to gettin it tweaked.

1 year agoFirst Ill say that I Love My KAHR CW45. Second ill say that the first 200ish rounds almost had me sending it back. It breached and jammed every single reload. But then I rested it and cleaned it, got a couple 7round extended magazines and then gave it another 200 rounds. Its never jammed again. 500+ rounds through now and is reliably feeding and shooting like a boss. I friggin love this gun for concealed and open carry, it has good weight but not too heavy. The 7round extended Mag gave it a handle extension too for better grip and control. What a great buy, it never leaves my side.

1 year agoAccurate,Like the way it carries ,light weight ,also accepts kimber compact 1911 mags with small modification, just grind hump and polish the top of mag and your 7+1, much but better than 6,for that size pistol

1 year agoThis weapon is amazing for the price! I have a CW45 and CW40 and I have had zero problems or complaints for either weapon. After 32 years of law enforcement and owning top notch weapons to include Sig Colt S&W and Glock I pick the Kahr for my every-day carry and on Sunday twice. The CW45 uses 1911 magazines and that is a big plus for me. I see more Kahr weapons in my future.

1 year agoBought this cw45 after a guy I know recommended Kahr. Oh man what a disappointment. Honestly this gun is not built to last. It’s like a throwaway gun. From the start it was difficult to disassemble and reassemble. The recoil spring was so hard to get back in. Shooting it was problematic. The take down pin would work its way out every few magazines. The biggest problem though was just trying to get through a mag with no stoppages. The gun would not return to battery every few shots. I
