1 year agoJust what the doctor ordered. Fun, light, powerful. It is literally a "blast" to shoot. All at a great price too!

1 year agoFor someone who hasn't been around guns for many years since my time in the service, this shotgun was very easy to load and operate. It was very accurate with the slug rounds.

1 year agoLove this little, light weight, compact shotgun! I would have easily given 5 stars, if the sights and the recoil pad were better. Also, had one spent shell stick in the chamber...might have been due to a cheaper shotgun shell manufacturer...None of the other brand shells were a problem. Even though not the highest quality, I still love the shotgun...Read More Read more about review stating Great Self Defense Shotgun

1 year agoI was expecting something very toy-like but this shotgun is really well made, super light, amazing small and fun a hell to shoot. There's a bunch of aftermarket stuff available for it already and I replaced the follower and the plastic trigger with nice aluminum alternatives from M*Carbo. The gun needed to be cleaned and oiled but other than that it was mint when it arrived at my FFL. As usual with PSA, shipping took a while and their online order status still showed it as "Processing"

1 year agoOutstanding home defense/tactical shotgun! I've put about 100 rounds through it already with zero malfunctions! Accuracy is perfect! I replaced the plastic carry handle with the picatinny rail from Kel Tec, mounted the UTG red dot and added a offset Pinty laser and a High Tec Custom muzzle brake and the recoil is no more than a 762 x 39 maybe less than! Very happy looking to get another!

1 year agoLove it (after a few mods). I shot about 50 rounds through it, stock, and was definitely feeling it in my shoulder. I added an HTCC muzzle brake and a cushioned buttpad and now I can blow through 100+ shells (mostly 2.75” target loads) at the range and not be even remotely sore the next day. I’ve now put probably about 500 rounds through it and only had maybe one or two failure-to-feed issues, and that may have just been me short-stroking it. All in all, I love it.

1 year agoGreat little shotgun, 7 rounds of 1.75" in such a small package makes for a great home defense gun. It is a fixed cylinder bore, meaning no choke, but there are aftermarket parts that can make it accept different choke tubes. Fair warning though.. it's very light and will remind you that it's there when you pull the trigger, definitely recommend a better pad for the stock. BUT, it's quite a good gun for the price!

1 year agoFavorite shotgun I own now. Ran buck, slug and birdshot with no problem. I loved it at the range and loved it even more when I started to clean it at home. By far WAY easier to clean than a mossberg 500 or Remington 870. In fact it was so easy to disassemble I was mad I didn’t buy it sooner. Only draw back is having not being able to check if you gun is clear while paying attention to your target, you have to look under it due to downward ejecting.

1 year agoSo the KSG is a bit heavy, complex, and has some feeding issues and ergonomic concerns. I have run 65 year old deformed cardboard hull slugs through the KS7 as rapid and aggressive as I could. Not one malfunction. My only advice is break it in using dummy shells soaked in Hoppes #7, and rack it with authority. Don't limpwrist that pump. If it seems like it's jammed when trying to return the slide forward, it's likely not. You're probably just limp-wristing it. Yank the pump back

1 year agoGreat shotgun. Shoots everything I threw at it without a jam or problem. Light compact and easy to operate. Highly recomended. The only issue with this shotgun is the recoil. It is brutal! I easily and cheaply solved it with an add on recoil pad. An added bonus is its unique styling and looks.

1 year agoCompact, light weight, 7 + 1 Magazine Capacity and it looks futuristic as hell. I run about 75 rounds through her with no issues. Make sure to add an upgraded recoil pad because she does have a kick to her. Very happy with my purchase and always happy with PSA’s fast delivery and service.

1 year agoLight weight is optimal for transport and maneuver. But has lots of recoil. Recommend the butttpad, and howitzer muzzle brake.

1 year agoPSA did great on their end of the transaction. Easy smooth efficient transaction with a pretty quick solid delivery. As to the KelTec KS7, my first product of theirs. Bought this with a lot of hesitation due to so many bad reviews of the earlier versions put out by KelTec. So far, this KS7 has worked perfectly. Believe other owners when it comes to recoil with 1oz slugs & the stock pad. It thumps you nicely. Fit and finish is not exactly perfect. The mating surfaces for the left and

1 year agoWorked great until tried firing 3" Slugs. Uncrimped end of expended shell proved to be too long to clear next shell in feed tube preventing extraction.

1 year agoDefinitely kicks like you think it does. No jamming issues and shoots smoothly. Added some aftermarket parts and it's been really fun to shoot. Get it in Tan.

1 year agoVery happy with my new SK7! It’s the perfect little 12 gauge. Very happy with Palmetto’s customer service.

1 year agoI purchased this ks-7 after purchasing the ksg and a mossburg shockwave 14”. The ks-7 is heads and tails my pic over the shockwave and I also find myself carrying the ks-7 much more than the ksg just because of the weight savings. The ksg is nice being able to have 2 different selectable loads but the ks-7 would probably be my pic if I could only have one of the three, considering cost. The only downside is that it doesn’t have a bottom pic rail for a vertical grip on the front.

1 year agoNice compact design and PSA had an amazing below dealer price. But the recoil with slugs is brutal and loading is a pain with the position of the extractor (thumbs get pricked easily). It is what is, a cool toy but not as practical as one might expect. I would still recommend grabbing one at PSAs low price, but not 6-700$ most dealers sell it for.

1 year agoThis is a great concept and a quality shotgun. It is light weight and short. Because of that, the kick is a lot harder than most shotguns. With that said, I like this gun!

1 year agoVery happy with this firearm (especially as a left-gander). It’s lite, compact and easy to operate. It has quite a recoil but with a few modifications (butt pad, muzzle brake) it is very manageable. All around a very fun and effective firearm
