2 years agoLight weight and easy to rack. This is perfect for my wife. The 16 & 1 mag is awesome. This is so much fun to shoot and we love it.

2 years agoEats everything I've put in it so far, 150 rounds or so. Tack driver. Nice trigger (long takeup). $170 on sale at sportsmans warehouse. Like the PMR30, the P3AT and PLR16, KelTec makes fun and reliable firearms. KelTec has lifetime warranty and support is good.

2 years agoGood pistol when using quality high velocity rounds as prescribed by the user manual. It seems to like CCI Minimag. I see no reason to have purchased a more spendy pistol given how well this one performs.

2 years agoFound one in stock at Sportsman’s Warehouse. Very light and simple weapon to use. Fired 150 rounds of CCI standard velocity (1070FPS) with no issues at all. The P17 simplicity makes it a great training weapon for any skill level. Good value at a reasonable price!

2 years agoGreat gun! As others, have said, it shoots everything I put through it. Extremely accurate with every ammo I’ve tried! (Federal Automatch, Aguila Super Extra, CCI Mini-Mag) Easy takedown and cleaning. Comes with three 16 round magazines, thread adapter for suppressor, and super lightweight with a less than 3 lb. trigger! You may see some negative reviews on YouTube. Hop at TFB TV got a bad pre-production one which soured him on it. He also had some issues with the one he purchased later.

2 years agoI really like this gun!! Upon 1st holding it, it literally felt cheap, like a toy gun, I didn't want it at 1st, but after some research I thought for the price I'd try it, although I really like the GSG Firefly 22lr 10 round +1 I think I like this one even more! I like having the 16 rounds and for home defense you can't go too wrong with 16 rounds! I am definitely going to purchase a 2nd one! Shot about 150-200 rounds, different brand ammo, without any hangup at all! I am really pleased with this handgun!

2 years agoLike all the reviews, great little gun. Shoots where you aim, kills targets dead. Super light weight, eats anything you toss in the THREE magazines.

2 years agoVery accurate and reliable right out of box. Getting 16 rounds loaded in the magazines can be a challenge.

2 years agoThis was a great addition to my firearm collection. This gun shoots flawlessly. I am amazed at the perfection. It's just the right size, holds a larger amount of ammunition than most of the guns in it's class, and is priced just right!

2 years agoInnovative 22lr with 17 capacity. I bought two. One ran flawless out of the box. The other needed 100 rds to break in the action. Both run perfectly. Come w 3 mags, a good thing too because I cant find any keltec mags anywhere for the guns I have.

2 years agoGreat little pistol! I guarantee once you get one you will be on the hunt for another. when available you better be fast checking out they go quick!

2 years agoBought this pistol 2 weeks ago. Made a few rear sight adjustments. At 10 yards I can keep it in a 3" group ( not bad for an old man). I have shot 40g, 38g, and 36g rounds not one malfunction. The trigger is a little light for a pistol ( my opinion) for the weight of it.

2 years agoGreat firearm, I own 3 P17s in the 3 colors, this so far is the best 22LR handgun that you can buy. compared to Taurus TX22, Sig 365, Chiappa, GSX, Ruger, Walther, Beretta etc. (I own all 22s brands on the market) Go get it when you have the opportunity to find it available. Runs any 22 LR ammo without any issues, but stay away of Armscor 22LR, fails on all my 22s

2 years agoI love this weapon and would love to have another they sell out way way way to fast mr kel tec if your listening my 6 year old daughter would love a sample of this if you have any hehe.

2 years agoI was looking for a lightweight pistol for outdoor carry. Perfect. I normally prefer a leather holster, but went with nylon. It's lighter and more comfortable. I can hardly notice the weight of the pistol loaded with 16 rounds. It shoots nice, tried different brands of ammo, no cycling problems at all. Easy to disassemble and clean.

2 years agoI have three of these, 2 in black and one in the OD Green and love them, if you were thinking of getting one of these don't get you at least 2 they are great little guns and fun to shot. For the ones that have any problems with the mags you are not the first. When loading these after putting about half of the ammo in, hit the back of the mag on a table or the palm of your hand that makes the ammo line itself up in the mag, load the other 8 and do the same. This is where a lot of people were having a lot of problems with jams. If you do this you should not have any problems with the weapon.

2 years agoThis is a great little pistol and is pretty accurate. Glad I was able to finally get it. I’ve had several that have seen it that would like to have one for the range.

2 years agoThis may be the best .22 handgun I have in my collection. This trigger feels good and it shoots any ammo. I really like this one!

2 years agoSo originally I was having some feeding issues, sent it to kel-tec had it back within 2 1/2 weeks and haven’t had a issue since. Good customer service and long term product support. Probably the best bang for the buck you can ever get. Great out-of-the-box accuracy and barely any recoil.
