The SU16 series is designed, engineered and crafted to be the perfect everyday Sport Utility rifle. Differing primarily in barrel length and stock configuration, these gas piston operated, semi-auto rifles accept standard AR-15 magazines, with some models that store two spare, proprietary magazines in the stock. KelTec is where the modern Sport Utility rifle was reinvented and the SU16A is where it all began. Chambered in 5.56 NATO, it’s the go-anywhere utility rifle. It features a magazine storage stock that holds two proprietary 10 round magazines. The forend covers an 18.5 inches barrel and doubles as a bipod. Although the SU16 models come with adjustable sights, the receiver offers an integrated Picatinny-style rail for mounting an optic.

1 year agoI love my SU-16 and grabagun. I have several of the stocks and switch it around from the folding one and the tactical one. It stows away nice like my SU-22 and Sub-2000. Same ar-15 mags work in it as does steel or brass 223 or 5.56. i have Migrated to Grabagun from local shops and other online sites due to the ease of their easy to use website, service, prices, and really quick and secure delivery. my only complaint is this review form only uses caps, i am not “shouting”, just a happy customer.

1 year ago“High impact” polymer body. Failure to extract. Parts are few and far between, with available modifications more scarce than hair on a middle schooler’s chin.

1 year agoThis gun is great but this website is run by a bunch of lowlife scalpers. These guns get sold through distributors for $350-400. Also their stock photo of the gun has rust on the piston tube. What a bunch of idiots.

1 year agoOverpriced compared to other sellers. Construction quality not the greatest. Breakdown pin difficult to install. Clip wouldn't feed after 1st shot fired. Tripod flimsy. Overall a fair gun.

1 year agoWhen you can't get an AR-15 this little package will work. The States that are trying to get rid of any so called assualt rifles, even though those of us that really know about guns know the AR stands for Armalite Rifle. The Kel-tec SU16 takes ALL AR magazines and doesn't have the EVIL look. It is a light 4.5 pounds. The rear stock can hold 2 five round or 2 ten round mags or one 30 round. The front stock folds down to for a bipod. It comes with so so sights but the rails can take many opitcals.
