I used 2-3/4” 1-1/4 oz #4 Kent Bismuth shot for ducks today, and it got the job done. Don’t choke it any tighter than improved modified. You’ll start shattering shot on the way out of the barrel. 4 stars because they left a mess in my O/U barrels after literally 4 shots.

I have a browning superposed I purchased in 1969,my junior year in high school. Steel shot is not safe choice so I opted for bismuth. These shells work beautifully on pheasant and I have not seen any difference in the leathiality between bismuth and lead. I highly recommend these excellent shells for any vintage shotgun. Also your prices are the best I have found. Thanks Steve

16 gauge upland. These shells have strange issues. Crimp isn’t tight on some I can see a hole in the top of the shells. Some have bulge in side that actually makes them difficult to load into my O/U. Inconsistent performance (or is it my aim?). The physical defects in a number of shells from a box of 25 make me wonder if there is a production issue on the 16 gauge line. I expected more from this and definitely not in line with previous Kent purchases. kind of wonder about safety and thinking of reaching out to Kent directly.

Struggled for years to find great non-toxic load for pheasant hunting public land in SD. Started using Kent HD 12 ga, 2.75" 4 shot and I'm IMPRESSED. The crippling has ended. It costs a little more per shell, but one shot kills are way better than two shot cripples.

After I saw the Cabelas add for 3 inch bismuth Kent shotgun shells I purchased a case. When the shells arrived they were actually 2.40 inches? Kent claims since the empty cases are 3 inch before loading that makes the loaded shell ok to be sold as 3 inch! Cabelas has responded to my complaint. Kent not so much. Good bye Kent!

I have been using Kent Bismuth for 4 years, Kent is by far the best. Do yourself a favor and get it.

I have been using the Kent Bismuth loads for more than two years and am very impressed with this load. The pricing has gone up this year, but I'm expecting it to drop next season. It's the best bang for the buck to me.

I was able to find 16 gauge bismuth shotshells. I did not realize how scarce none toxic shells would be for a 16 gauge. Cabelas had what I was looking for though and if that wasn’t enough, standard shipping arrive within 24 hours. WOW! I have always been satisfied with my Cabelas purchases, but this was the most positive experience to date.
