Over 1k rounds through it and it runs fine, didn't jam or anything. One of the tighter fit guns out there. I was able to shoot 3 in groups at 30 yards, I'm not that great of a marksman and the majority of the credit goes to the gun. Don't believe all the negative things out there, get one and you will never regret it. Every company has its duds so make sure to thoroughly inspect the gun you are buying.

We'll balanced , comfortable to carry with Blackhawk holster. Crimson Trace grip is very user friendly. No jams after about 1000 rounds. Beautiful looking gun.

I own over 20 different 1911's and must say that my kimber TLE II in 10mm is as fine a pistol as I own and I don't own any cheap import 1911's. Trigger breaks at a nice 5 1/2lbs slide to frame fit is very snug and sights are high quality . It is very accurate and not a single malfunction firing over 1000 rounds of hot loads. You can see area's on the gun where custom fitting was performed on the frame and barrel bushing making the action firm and tight. I would be glad to add additional Kimber 1911's to my collection.

The TLE II stainless is one of a kind, pure ellagence fits in your hand comfortably, accurate, and definitely going to purchase another would recommend this 1911 to anyone that likes beauty and style

This is a well balanced, high quality firearm. I put 300 rounds of various brand 45acp, with no problems whatsoever. The grips are "grippy", without going overboard on the crosshatch to make your hand raw. Night sights are a bonus. I also run Wilson combat mag # 47D for an extra round capacity, without adding a lot of length to your magazine. I couldn't be happier

Was reluctant to buy this because I had heard that these require a substantial break in period before they will function reliably. 300 rounds later this has zero feed or function issues. Looks good. Shoots good. It's a keeper.

This Kimber feels great in the hand.. sights seamlessly go right onto target.. minimal recoil for a .45.. a nice pistol indeed!

It's everything you would ever want out of a 1911! Used it in my CPL class and everyone was amazed by my consistent 1" to 2" groups. Sights are dead on out of the box. Could not be happier!

always wanted a Kimber, could not pass up on the sale, took the pistol out and I have to admit it was a pleasure to shoot.

I had been a revolver guy all of my life until friends help me decide to give a 1911 a try. I went to Cabela's 2 months ago and bought the Kimber Custom II and I love it. My first magazine was so much more accurate than any semi auto I had owned in the past. I have heard about Kimber's quality products for years and now I know why. It's amazing.

I actually have had my Kimber since 2000. This is a quality firearm. I used to shoot competitively, and have thousands of rounds through my Kimber Custom Target. Right out of the box I was able to shoot 90 plus scores. Can't ask for more from an out of the box stock 45. NEVER, a single fail to fire.

Bought the Custom II Two Tone. Mine had 3 dot sights. Fired 300 rounds of Rem-UMC 230 gr. FMJ. Used 4 magazines; the 7 round Kimber mag that came with the pistol, and 3 Chip McCormick 8 rounders. No malfunctions except for 3-4 failures to feed from one of the McCormick mags. The feed lips were tighter than the other mags and I think that was the problem. Great 1911.

This review is for the Aegis Elite Custom 9mm. I cleaned the gun before going to the range and oiled it. I fired 100 rounds with no problems. This gun is built tight and shoots great. I really like the red dot. This is my husbands gun.

First store bought 1911. Bought it online to insure that i got a brand new firearm. Cabelas even acted liked they shipped it out, Im not stupid i could check the store inventory. I knew one was in stock. Recieved my pistol and passed the backround check. Being a somewhat novice to buying brand new firearms it wasnt until i got it home and field stripped to oil and clean the firearm that i realized it was a display model. First and last Crooked Cabelas firearms purchase. I will be buying my firearms online and having them shipped to my local dealer from now on! Leason Learned! Fantastic 1911. I always wanted a Kimber and now I got one!
