This handsome 1911 features a sleek black finish on the slide, and a gray KimPro II finish on the frame. These two color schemes contrast perfectly against each other and give the Custom LW Night Patrol a distinct and elegantly simple appearance. Other features include Hogue rubber grips with checkered texturing, and 2-dot rear sights with a red fiber optic front sight. 1 year agoI wasn't surprised by this gun. It is fantastic. Tight as can be, which isn't always great. Trigger is lovely. Recoil in so minimal due to 9MM. Only complaint, keeping my rating below 5 stars is loading the magazine is very hard. Probably harder than any other gun I have. If I used it enough, maybe it will break in but I probably won't. Other than that, perfection for what I was looking for and even better for the extremely low price.

1 year agoSo far I love it. Only shot it about 30 times and it works okay with no hang ups. I love the trigger. Haven’t measured on a trigger gage but it is smooth, soft and crisp. Only shot cowboy targets for accuracy but didn’t miss a one. Think I’m going to get one in .45.

1 year agoFor the price this is a great 1911. Great trigger and beautifully crafted Kimber. The people at the store were pretty clueless but I am not going to drop a star because that. Like another reviewer I purchased a couple of Kimber clips and a new set of grips. The picture is deceiving and the grip is lighter. I bought a nice set for $20 on Amazon.

1 year agoI was very pleased with the finish & The pistol ran the first 50 rounds of 9mm Flawlessly. What else can you ask for. Can’t wait to shoot it again. What a tack driver.

1 year agoYes I would recommend this product to other customers. The kimber custom LW night patrol handles very well and shoots straight. I bought the Kimber 45ACP and enjoy it as much as the 9mm.

1 year agoOf all my Kimbers, this one was a pleasant surprise. I ordered it to keep in a ready safe near a door. At this price point, I expected less of the piece, but found that it was on par with some of my Kimbers over twice the price!
