Looks and feels fantastic in hand. I haven’t been able to take it to the range yet but I have disassembled and cleaned it and am impressed with the way it’s made. Very happy with my first Kimber so far.

Very nice firearm! I’ve only put 50 rounds through it no malfunction, definitely a great shooter. Looking forward to put more rounds through it. Hopefully I find more 45 ACP ????

I have always wanted a 1911 and was lucky enough to find one on the Sportsman's Warehouse website. This hand gun is awesome, smooth trigger, nice slide action, and low recoil due to it's weight I would recommend this pistol to anyone without hesitation. Absolutely love it!

I did add some nice rosewood grips from Kimber. That alone make it look extremely good. Beautiful craftsman work by Kimber. I love heavy gun.

Love my Kimber 1911 shot over 200 rounds and no malfunctions and the grip is nice and the sights as well, feels well built.

Love this 1911. It's built like a tank, cycles everything I put through it, and was accurate out of the box. One of my favorite shooters.

Great gun and fun to shoot. So far have 200 rounds through mine and it failed to feed once on the first 3 shots...smooth sailing since.

Looks better in person. I like the feel and out of the box it has a hiviz front sight. The back is flat dove cut no dots just flat, I charge out the rear sight for my preference, It is the first 45 acp that I own and it only came with one mag. Over all I am extremely happy with it.

Beautiful gun! But does it perform? Well, after my first outing my expectations were exceeded and I'm very, very happy with my purchase. I'm not a great or experienced shooter, but I came from a S&W .40, polymer handle - and I just did not enjoy shooting it. I struggled with reigning in the recoil (shooter flinching…) and while I was improving over time, I just wasn't enjoying it. I have always wanted a 1911. What a beautiful gun Kimber has made. The finish is excellent and all of the tolerances are precise. This is definitely a lifetime gun because of its quality. It is also one of my favorites to shoot out of my whole collection. I highly recommend a Kimber made 1911. You will not be disappointed.

This is a nice 1911. I've only tried it out with some Winchester 45 hardball, and it gave me respectable groups. From a rest at 15 yards I had a 2" group and shooting offhand at the same distance, I manage 4" groups. I also managed some hits on the steel plate at 30 yards. I'm looking forward to shooting it some more.

Man, what a beautiful gun. Exactly what I wanted with super fast delivery. Only issue is that the gun did not come with the wrench to take out the end cap and spring from the end of the barrel. Gun was scrubbed to the max but has several burrs in the entry of the barrel. Looks like it’s a jammer for sure.
