Bullet Type: HP
Casing: Nickel Plated Brass
Liberty’s Civil Defense rounds are designed to achieve more stopping power (kinetic energy) and terminal effect (wound cavity/lethality) than any other handgun round. A personal defense round, the Civil Defense line is lead-free and uses a monolithic nickel-plated copper fragmenting projectile with a deep cavity hollow point in a nickel-plated (brass) cartridge case. Civil Defense travels at approximately twice the speed of traditional lead based ammunition and delivers 30 to 40% more kinetic energy transfer than other leading ammunition.

1 year agoI always buy my liberty civil defense ammo from grab a gun. with their shipping cost I stock up and save a ton of money. they have this ammo for around $10 a box less than I can buy it locally. they 357 Magnum ammo that I shoot in my Kimber k6s shoots like a 38. Keep up the good work and grab a gun.

1 year agoGreat round! Huge difference in recoil, but still accurate and powerful. I like the segmentation of the bullet but obviously haven't tested that. I now use these as my defensive rounds in my carry guns.

1 year agoFeeds RELIABLY in all my 10mm’s. I Like that, in a pinch, 10mm ball ammunition will do a workmanlike job for defensive purposes Against both man and beast here in the east tennessee mountains. So nothing I buY is strictly “range or target” ammunition.

1 year agoAmmo was clean an accurate. A bit rough on the budget but all in all good Ammo for protection. Soft recoil in my opinion which means rapid target acquisition for follow up shots. As you might expect no issues through my ruger redhawk 2.75 inch barrel .357 Magnum.
