This is a nice practice ammo, low recoil, clean burning, never an issue. Have fired it four different 40S&W's without issue

This has always been my "go-to" range ammo in .40. It's reliable, consistent and accurate - and inexpensive.

I have used pmcs ammo for years without any complaints. However ,when loading into magazine of SPRINGfield 1911 employee the pressure I put on the CARTRIDGEs many of the brass cases dented...makes me worry about how this affects the pressure in the chamber, so I did not fire those cartridges.

Price was right for sure in today's market. Not the cleanest but it is reliable. Perfect range ammo.

This is very good plinking ammo - very consistent, never misfire, always feed and I would give it 5 star if not one little annoying thing. this ammo extremly dirty (manufactor adding to much carbon powder). While I do understand that it done to prevent any sort of ammo detonation still, when you clean you gun even after 50-100 rounds it like you shoot 1000 rounds of FIocchi. During ammo draught it still good choice

Another gift for my son who has a 40 and I do not. We had a great day at the range with it and he appreciated the present. It's a good way to spend time with loved ones. It was very reliable.

Typical .40 165 gr practice loads Speer Lawman 53955 - 1150 fps. Holy Hannah you know you just pulled the trigger on something hot. WWB, BlazerB etc - 1050 fps. Still hot and slightly above comfort level for many shooters. PMC 40D - 989 fps. You can shoot this stuff all day. I had to literally go take my USP40 from the wife the other day before she used up all the 40D - what happens when you leave them unattended:). Other manufacturers should follow suit. A lot of shooters would rediscover their .40s

PMC target ammo, great plinking fun at a good price. Shoots nice out of my P2000. Have never had a problem of any kind with this brand for target practice over the years.
