2 years agoI have been waiting for this 590A1 shotgun for about 3yrs and I LOVE IT!!!! The smooth action is AWSOME the trigger is nice. I'm glad it finally came in!

2 years agoLike my other Mossbergs, it is built well, great finish and cycles reliably. As a pump gun should. The only issue that I had with this model was the M-Lock forend. It is very straight with very little grip. I would suggest getting the Magpul forend. I have no issues recommending this model to anyone interested in a tried and true performer.

2 years agoWith all metal components and a robust barrel, this feels like a heavy-duty purpose shotgun. I thought the full M-Lok fore-end would not be a comfortable grip but it actually provides a secure hold when pumping plus it gives versatile locations for a light. Other Mossberg 500 models are just fine but the upgrades in the 590A1 are not just cosmetic making it easy to justify the extra cost. The bead sight is crisp and easy to point on target but that is my preference. Only tested it out to 20yards but the shotgun shoots tight patterns.

2 years agoWas notified when it came back in stock and was able to purchase it and get it delivered quickly. Only shot 50 rounds through it so far, but it’s been great!
