1 year agoI bought this shotgun for waterfowl hunting. The buttstock has a lower comb which fits me well for pointing the shotgun. The recoil seems less punishing when shooting magnum goose loads. No issues so far. It functions flawlessly.

1 year agoLight, nice handling shotgun. Shot 2 boxes of 3 inch steel so far without a hiccup. Really like the stock rise adjustment system. Gives me a sight picture that I was never able to attain with my prior scattergun

1 year agoHaven’t shot it yet but looking it over and taking it apart, everything looks goods so far! Can’t wait to shoot it.

1 year agoVery nice field gun for any bird hunting you want to do. Also use this for shooting at our local trap club busting clays.

1 year agoI'm glad that I came across this little gem of a firearm. It replaces an upland game gun, a waterfowl gun and a SxS I used for S.D. pheasants. Thanks Grab-A-Gun for offering this firearm at such a reasonable price.

1 year agoCHECK YOUR ffl FIRST.. SOME take too long for processing. 930 shoots well and is medium soft on recoil as expected.. tang safety very stiff at first.. takes a few rounds of clays to break in.. get a skeet choke also for clays and ducks over decoys.. no need to change recoil pad.. Not a Beretta a400 but more natural shooting than a v3.. and more affordable..

1 year agoGreat gun, great price and quick shipping. Stock angle adjustments are simple to get it close to where you need it. shoulders easy, sight plane good but i swapped out the front sight with a tru glo fat bead which is a little easier to pick up for my old eyes (stock one is fine). have fired ~100 asst rounds through it and it cycles smooth and easy. as with most flush mount choke tubes i've use it has flyers but was fixed with a carlson extended non-ported light modified tube with my base … Read More

1 year agoThis gun is heavier and harder to clean than my Beretta a300, but it has no problem with light loads, has never failed to cycle, and has not jammed. If I had to buy one of the two...I would go for Mossberg 930.

1 year agoWORKHORSE GUN. I CAN SHOOT, PADDLE MY BOAT, LEVER UP A BIG ROCK...THIS THING IS SOLID. SOLD MY $1800 GUCCI DUCK GUN TO GET THIS AND I'M GLAD I DID.

1 year agoFore arm will not tighten. Up by the receiver is loose. Feels cheap. Function is good. Probably would recommend.

1 year agoNice gun. Shoots great. No jamming or feeding issues. Only gets 4 stars instead of 5 because the forearm has a bit of play in it that bugs me and to fix it you have to buy a $35 aftermarket part. The design flaw should have been corrected at the factory.

1 year agoThis is a really nice, affordable Semi-Auto shotgun. I like the camo pattern but the coating treatment has flaked off in certain wear areas. Absolutely no functioning issues in almost 500 rounds. Easy to break down and clean. It is a bit heavier than my Remington V-3, but swings and shoots just as well. It would have gotten five stars without the minor flaking mentioned above.

1 year agoThese are amazing for the price point they hold a red dot very well due to barrel and recoil. These do not disappoint I do wish they would come with a rear sight to zero in easier but the front sight is easy to find and get on target so it's not a deal breaker comes with all the chokes you need right out of the box and it's a Mossberg so it's easy to break down and find parts barrels ECT

1 year agoLove my Mossberg 930 Field. I have owned a Mossberg for over 25 years and have always had great luck with the brand. The gun shoots great and because it is drilled and tapped on the receiver I was able to mount a Red Dot Scope to help with ensuring I am on target. Gun cycles very quickly and the recoil is very minimal compared to other shotguns. At 1/2 the cost of other brands this gun performs equal if not a little better. Plus it comes with a factory turkey choke, which performs very well. Overall give this a huge thumbs up.

1 year agoI got this shotgun to use for turkey hunting and to go duck hunting with my son. This is an awesome shotgun, especially for the price you pay. It exceeded all my expectations. It's a great looking shotgun, it feels good and shoots terrific with no issues at all. I can't wait to take it out in the turkey woods.

1 year agoThe Mossberg 930 field shotgun is great! I like the mossy oak bottomland camo! The 26inch barrel is great in tight places! It's a bargain at the Sportsman Warehouse price! It also comes pre-assembled in the box! I have used it the last 2weeks of the duck season and I'm looking forward to turkey season! I like the Mossberg website and I even called Mossberg and talked to a real person! What great customer support! Plus, it's made in the USA!

1 year agoVery good shotgun for the price. I like the top safety. I'm left handed and others are righties so we can all use. Shoots the clays like a champ.

1 year agoShot great right out of the box. Has a good pattern and fits me well. Came with the standard 3 chokes plus a turkey choke. Great gun for the money!
