Wish it came with a full choke or 26” barrel. You need those extra shells 30-35 yards is it! Handles nicely even fully loaded

Love the gun, performed well the first time out. A bit more gun than i "needed", but who could complain about buying a tip off the line shotgun. The purchasing experience was great too!

When I tried shooting it for the first time, it would not eject the SHELLS. I discovered the gun was missing the gas piston spacer tube. Called mossberg cs, 11 days ago and still haven't received part. called again yesterday and the rep said they would try to pull part off production line.

I bought my mossberg 940 Jm pro for shotgun matches and i can tell you its a beast. No jams and the match ready CAPABILITIES are very handy. I have changed out the ext tube to a 13+1 my only concern is the front sites is loose after 500 rnds

GOT SHOTGUN LAST WEEK. MADE A PLUG WITH AN OLD CARBON ARROW AND TOOK IT DOVE HUNTING last 4 days. WORKED PERFECT WITH 1 OZ LOADS. VERY PLEASED WITH PERFORMANCE. STILL NEED TO TEST OTHER LOADS LIKE BUCKSHOT ONCE FS FIRE RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED AND CAN GO RECREATIONAL SHOOTING AGAIN. Also own a Versa Max competition. This one loads faster.

What a shotgun , super fast on shell ejection and you aim at a target and hit it ,super low recoil . Love it all around !!!!!!

I have to return this to Mossberg as it barely runs with target loads. Also looks like the barrel is slightly bent. I want it to work but quality is not up to expectations at this price point.

If you haven't shot one you need to, if you don't own one you need to. Action is buttery smooth, low recoil, great front sight and shoots everything I put in it.

This shotgun is simply amazing! Smooth , accurate and way faster than I am! MAKES me feel like Jerry is with ME every time I pull the trigger, but much slower lol

Just what the Doctor ordered. Right out the box i’m able to quad load. May still open/smooth some areas for quad loading but not needed. Did go thru a lil break-in period Of about 200 rounds before i could cycle lighter loads but good since then

Silky smooth action, lightning fast and so far has cycled every different type of shell I’ve ram through it. We’ll see how it does when I get closer to the 1500 rounds they claim it can handle between cleanings.

First off I would like to start by saying every one of my friends are jealous.!! The fact that this shotgun is hard to get hands on definitely has that want and need factor. This shotgun ran so smooth right out of the box ran through 200rounds with ease besides the looks this system runs flawlessly. Hope you guys can get your hands on one by far my favorite gun. Apperently failure to feed problems are a known issue with this shotgun on initial clambering from the magazine. No issues while firing, just the first time clambering. 2 3/4 rounds, 7 1/2 shot.

It's still pretty early, I've put about 50 rounds through the gun, but it is the smoothest semi auto I have ever shot. Fairly easy to break down, compatible with most 930 parts. Overall a beautiful well made gun. Very pleased with the purchase!

I love the Mossberg 940 JM Pro. All of my shooting with this shotgun has been at sporting clays and trap shooting. The gun is very accurate...at least it has improved my clay shooting percentage.
