Full disclosure, I havent actually used this gun in the field yet. So far, all I've done is put in time shooting clays. I've put over 500 rounds through the gun so far and can only remember a single jam with an expelled shell getting caught (and that happened within the first 25 rounds I put through the gun). Other than that, the gu has performed perfectly. I did a ton of research before I bought this gun, and I'm very happy. I was upgrading from a pump (Winchester SXP waterfowl) 5o a semiauto … Read More

It has the Mossberg reliability you'd expect, at the Mossberg price you want. I've shot about 125 2 3/4 shells without a single issue. It handled everything from light cheap loads to name brand hot loads. It is slightly heavy, but that helps reduce recoil a lot. Overall great gun.

Great gun!!! Shot 100 rounds last weekend duck hunting with no issues. For the price you can’t beat it.

this gun has been excellent. i didn't notice it needing any break-in period to cycle correctly like I've seen with some of my friends' shotguns. The finish is awesome and has held up to some beating, though I do try to take care of my stuff. Be mindful of the screws in the top of the receiver. A couple of mine ended up walking out over time, which was on me, but had I known I would've put a little red loctite on them since i didn't plan on putting a rail on it.
