PMC Bronze 45 Auto/ACP 230gr FMJ Ammunition 50rds – 45A

Found a box of PMC 45A in my inventory. Shot it in an old match 1911 with an old Schuemann Ultimatch bull bbl. I shot a bunch of different ammo thru that gun off my clubs ancient Ransom Rest and of all the factory ammo I shot, this grouped the best. About 1&1/2" at 25yds. I would consider the bbl on that gun shot out but there is still a little life left in it. Going to buy another box of this ammo to see if it's as good as the box I have.

With ammo costs of all calibers being at an all time high, I found these PCM 45 ACP 230 grains at an ok price, but over the holidays Brownells offered a promotional discount and free shipping for ammo is a great deal no matter how you look at it.

No comments on the ammo yet, though I anticipate no issues with PMC Commenting more on the superior customer service from Grab-A-Gun as an on-line company- thank you.

I wish the checkout cart had stopped me from placing my order. Ammo has some sort of restrictions in my state(NJ) and my order never shipped. I was never notified that it was cancelled. After a few days I contacted support thru Chat to find out they don't ship ammo to my state and therefore the order was cancelled.

Great ammo at a reasonable price. Feeds well in my 1911 and goes bang EVERY TIME. HIGHLY recommend this ammunition.

I was sent the wrong ammunition and of course the ammunition that i originally ordered was out of stock. Took weeks to get a refund. No attempt to Make right my lost time. Do not buY from this company.

All my guns have done well and functioned like a champ with this ammo. It’s not to expensive, the brass doesn’t seem to ding up easily and the holes appear where i want them. Thank you.

I've run several hundred rounds of PMC Bronze 9mm through my Walther PPQ, Beretta 92FS, and Smith & Wesson 5906 with zero issues.

The reason that I decided to purchase the 45 ACP ammunition was that the price was quite reasonable. I use it in my revolver which I take while hunting deer or elk to deliver the coup de grace ending the pain for the animal. I have taken the ammunition to the shooting range, something one should always do, so I will know if it performs differently than other bands. The ammunition shoots well and accurately.

Good quality. Feeds and fires every time through 3 different firearms. Been using PMC for years and wish I'd have stocked up more earlier!

Good ammunition. I have used PMC in 9mm, but had not used it in my .45 caliber sidearms. burns clean ergo, not a great deal of fouling to clean up after a day at the range.

Great price. Flawless in my 1911. I should have bought more, as This box did not last long while at the range.

Shipping was fast, arrived in a few days. Spent the day at the range with 2 of my 1911’s and had no problems with either. Saw they were still on sale on July 10, 2022 for 35% off and picked up another 4 boxes. Finding ammo is hard enough now a days and getting them at a discount is excellent customer service.

Decent target ammo. Used it at the range in my CCMG Banshee delayed blowback Ar pistol. Had a couple malfunctions out of the 50-round box. I also fired a 50-round box of Sig 230g FMJ through it during the same range visit with no malfunctions. A couple malfunctions at the range is acceptable but I wouldn't resort to it for self-defense. Actually, I wouldn't resort to any FMJ for personal defense. Bottom line is that, for range shooting where a malfunction or two won't cost you your life, I found this ammo totally acceptable.

I love purchasing my ammo from Palmetto. I also am getting ready to purchase a new tactical piece I've been wanting. Absolutely love this place.

Hadn't heard of them, tried them out and sent a couple hundred of these through "beater" ria 1911 and caused no issues. Ammo also looks cleaner than some cheap brands, little or no blemishes. Other pistol calibers of this brand performed similarly.

Really good ammo. The Koreans may not be able to make a car worth a damn but they sure can make some great quality practice ammo and make it available at a great price. Good stuff. Oh, and the burned powder doesnt fill your action with sand like residue like Winchester white box

Great inexpensive 45 ACP ammo to burn through at the range. Definitely my choice of ammo when I'm out having fun with my Kriss Vector and feel like testing out my trigger finger lol

I've put 500 rounds of this stuff through my Springfield 1911 without a single bad round. PMC has become my go to budget ammo in any caliber for range days .
