1 year agoI started collecting Military Surplus Carbines a couple of years ago and quickly realized that each rifle utilizes a different caliber cartridge. 1 year agoQuick shipping. Excellent pkging. Spot on group within 4 inches at 400yds with little variation during side windage and temp approx. 90 degrees. Firearm: 1933 Hex Mosin Nagant in a Monte Carlo stock (packs less punch than original wood--padding is necessary for 20+ rounds). No misfires or ejection problems. 100 rounds with little barrel deposits. Bolt somewhat more but not as bad as a few other brands. 20 minute cleanup. Highly recommend. I buy only from Palmetto and they ship to my area in CA no hassle. Just check city or county restrictions before purchasing. Listed on their order page.

1 year agoAppears to be good ammo. I only shot a couple to test fire my Mosin Nagant that I've had about 10 years, bought it back in the day when they could be had for around a hundred. The brass is really nice and that was important as I expect to reload if needed (Note: Berdan Primers is only mildly negative to me). At the time I bought these, availability was a major factor, but the price was nice, too. I would advise everyone to stock up on these.
