The PSAK-47 GF3 was designed from the ground up to be a new standard in AK-47 rifles, utilizing all new precision manufactured parts. Thoroughly tested in development, we tortured tested to 10,000 rounds to ensure a quality product. Not to be satisfied with just a good AK-47, we kept improving and now are proud to announce our PSAK-47 Gen3 Hammer Forged (GF3) rifle with a hammer forged bolt, carrier, and front trunnion.
The 4150 barrel is nitride treated for accuracy and durability and is pressed into a new hammer forged front trunnion to ensure the longevity AK-47s are known for. The hardened steel 1mm receiver features a mil-spec style single hook trigger, and side rail mount. The front trunnion and bolt carrier are engraved with GF3 to designate the GF3 hammer forged model. The rifle is finished with a classic polymer handguard, stock, and grip; Rifle ships with 30 round magazine (where allowed by law).
Rifles must be shipped to a valid, current Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Please have the shipping address of your preferred FFL before placing your order. 2 years agoIve been shopping for a quality side folding AK & came upon the 3rd gen forged Palmetto's. After reading about them & seeing reviews from people who had bought them I decided to take a chance. Wow. Was I pleased when it arrived. Ive owned a number of top tier-high dollar AKs & as I took it apart ,I could see how well it was machined & assembled .No flat rivets or indented areas in the receiver. The sights were straight & the finish looked great. All for hundreds of dollars less. Impessive.

2 years agoIt is smooth, folding mechanism is stiff (as it should be), no stock wobble. Fit and finish is excellent.

2 years agoMy first American made AK and it's outstanding! The fit and finish on this rifle is really nice, from the precisely cut ramps on the bolt carrier to the millimeter precision on handguards, everything on this seems built very accurately (as opposed to my WASR-10). I've ran about 400 rounds through this so far with zero issues, using Wolf 124gr HP, Brown Bear 123gr HP, and Golden Tiger 124gr FMJ ammunition. 2 years agoWow! I've looked at a lot of AK type rifles over the last 30 years, not always a fan. Some good, some I dumped after shooting them. This PSAK-47 has me hooked. Solid stock lock up (stiff to unlock), solid comfortable cheek weld for a folder and out of the box accuracy; easy shooting milk cartons at 85 yards, nice trigger. After shooting my friends PSAK I am sold on the build quality, reliability and accuracy of this rifle, it will be money well spent.

2 years agoEats everything from 60gr wolf/tula st 2250fps to 59gr red army/ golden tiger vympel 2800fps. Soft shooting and great accuracy.

2 years agoExcellent rifle. Haven't had to zero the irons, and it was accurate out to 100 yards out the box. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is the stock. The release button for the stock to get it out of the folded position is in an uncomfortable spot, as it presses into my shoulder while shooting.
