Remington .22 Long Rifle 40gr RN High Velocity (500rd Bulk Pack) – TB22B

These have given me two failure to feeds in about 2,000 rounds.. from a 10/22 that was dirty from about twice that with only a few pulls from a boresnake and some oil sprays here and there. Seem a little dirtier than others but not too bad. Still a .22 round... These are better than the bucket of bullets by enough margin to buy these for average plinking and varmint removal from now on for my 10/22. These are a great buy for the money and reliability. I will buy more, next time they’re on sale of course.

All my 22’s digest it well, makes great plinking ammo. I haven’t compared it with other ammo for accuracy.

The Remington 22 Thunderbolt ammo works great in my SR22, S&W MP22, Taurus TX22. But it is dirty. It creates a cloud when fired and definitely shoots out residue. You'll need to clean your barrels every couple hundred rounds. We sighted in our MP22 and fired into a target at 6 inches and the powder residue that landed on the target was substantial. In comparison to CCI or Winchester M-22 ammo which have virtually no residue but cost more it is a trade off. It's good ammo for plinking, just clean the barrel often is all.

I like these bullets a lot. Some people give mixed reviews about all ammo. If your gun does not like certain ammo I would recommend having your gun checked out by a registered gunsmith (not your buddy that knows everything) to see if there is a real problem. Happy plinking.

jams and uneven loads dirty ammo but works fine for range, gives some good practice for jams and hiccups and all that good stuff, basically all that I run at the range is this stuff been doing it forever just not the greatest ammo, but for the price you can’t beat it

Occasional FTF, no major quality issues, perhaps 5-10 fails per box. Overall not a significant failure rate or quality issues, no light loads experienced.

These worked nicely in my new Ruger 10/22 (2 each) with different magazines and multiple round sizes. Didn't have any issues with them at all when shooting at the range.

Great ammo! However, I really wish the manufacturer would charge that extra penny per round to put the products in better packaging. The small boxes they come in are thin and do not withstand handling while being shipped. We know our friends at UPS work as hard as they can, but this packaging just doesn’t hold up when it’s not shipped in a case pack. Every box I’ve ordered has broken open during shipment.

Great bullets at a great price. PSA has upped their game on packing. In my shipment PSA wrapped the individual boxes in cellophane and had plenty of cushioning around them in my shipment. Boxes were intact. I’m happy!

Mine arrived well packed. All rounds fired as I expected they would. Happy with my purchase. Would buy again.........if they were in stock. ????

Run these rounds in a S&W M&P 15-22 and it jammed maybe 5 times out the whole box just sucks when I got it it was spilled all over box and I counted it and ab 15 must've fell out

Best bang for your buck from what I found on here. Have used 1K rounds so far and only a couple misfeeds... might not even be the ammos fault.

Whenever Thunderbolts become available from Midway (in sufficient quantity to keep shipping cost down) I buy some! There are some "supposedly premium" cartridges available, but Thunderbolts are my favorite 22. They are consistent, and dependable. They never jam, and they always fire (that's why they are my favorite!). Thank you Midway for your quick and dependable service! I never worry about an order made with Midway!

These are some of the best 22 LR aMMo for auto's and bolt action rifles of mine. No jams from my auto rifles or pistols and consistency accuracy with Remington 22 LR ammo. Also these are some of the highest velocity at 1255 ammo compare to a lot of other 22 LR ammo that are running at lower velocity's at 1150 or less that are Long Rifle 22's ammo. I ordered 4 boxes of this because it is a great price and I recently purchased a mp15-22 for my son to teach him to shoot. I figured I could use it for training. It was Saran wrapped and packed with packing paper so it came with boxes in excellent condition. We shot about 200 rounds so far with only one FTF and I think it was more how he loaded the magazine. Would highly recommend.

Very good ammunition I use it in my rifle and my hand gun's no jam and works better than other high rated brands.

While .22lr is overall a dirty round, these Remington Thunderbolts are EXCEEDINGLY dirty and quite frankly, scary - I loaded my ATI GSG 1911 .22lr one range session, pulled the trigger - smoke and a bit of powder. I immediately unloaded, went home, field stripped, cleaned and lubricated my gun. My 10/22 can handle pretty much anything - I’ll save the Thunderbolts for that Then I ordered CCI Stingers (1659 fps) - no issues in my .22lr 1911 since
