It is definitely a Remington 870 pump action gun. With the short barrel it has some kick but not overpowering! Ran about 25 shells through it with no issues. Awesome weapon!

Great solid pump defender! Smooth action. Lethal using 3 inch 00 buck shot! I love it . It rides in my 2022 Meep Wrangler Rubicon with Extreme recon package, 392 Hemi with 440 HP! Nobody is going to F—ck with me and walk away alive!

Great gun, finish not so good. Looks like Remington has some QC issues, but it functioned fine. It’s a better action than the shockwave.

I have been trying to find one of these for quite a while and Palmetto came through. You can't aim when you're shooting from the hip. I am getting a Crimson Trace laser sight so I can see where the rounds will hit. I have been shooting Remington shotguns over 40 years, they have never failed me.

Palmetto came through perfect. I give the Tac-14 4/5 stars only because of the difficulty adding a tube extension so it’ll hold 5 shells. Other than that this little guy is ready to rock n roll. It also comes tapped so you can put a rail if you choose. Still legendary Remington quality if you ask me.

Bought two of these for home defense. Outstanding Remington 870 quality with Magpul slide. Shoots stronger than it’s size. Easy to handle within confined spaces. I added a side saddle to carry 7 more shells on the weapon. Love it

All in all a great buy. ???????? thumbs up. A few extra attachments an it shoots like a dream. Great for home defense.

Lov this shotgun. But if you put a pistol grip on it..might wanna read about the legal part it. Just sayin. Just put a brace on it with a folding adapter

Don’t listen to David. The grip is considered neither a pistol grip or a brace. The gun in this configuration is considered a firearm not a short barreled shotgun or AOW. As such it is not an NFA item. There are braces you could put on it if so desired but make sure you do your research before changing things like over all length

Solid and with great sed appeal. Fun to shoot and very reliable not withstanding great price and as always Palmetto sent it fast and well packed. Live PSA!
