1 year agoRemington ammo is generally dirty-shooting ammo compared to most other brands. That said, performance doesn't suffer. This ammo mimics the stuff of the early 1900's in every way except this ammo is non-corrosive and very reliable. I have no second thoughts continuing to shoot it in my antique 25-20 Marlin pump. It's all around reliable stuff.

1 year agoAs many of you know finding components for this obsolete cal. is a real challenge, it has been my experiance rather than buy components I just bought the loaded ammo and saved the brass its somewhat expensive but about the only way to do it, I now have about 400 rds of brass, can't find 86gr jsp so I found 75 gr speer jsp now I'm down to 60 grn jsp they all seem to work just fine.

1 year agoExcellent high quality ammunition. However, these are quite small rounds, and they are priced extremely high for what you are getting.

1 year agoRemington is and has always been good ammo. I like the ballistics and I like the reliability of remington ammo. Never a dud. The price is a little bit Pricey... but it is worth it.
